Position Summary

The Production Supervisor will play a critical role in overseeing daily manufacturing operations within the production facility. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet volume, quality, and delivery targets.

• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, food safety standards, and company policies.

Working Conditions

• This role is based in a manufacturing plant environment with exposure to typical production conditions such as noise, temperature variations, and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications:

• Valid licensure or certification as a licensed Physical Therapist in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and physiotherapy techniques including trigger point therapy.
• Demonstrated ability to develop effective care plans tailored to diverse patient populations such as pediatrics or geriatrics.

This person will be responsible for driving the safety culture onsite, managing risk, and coaching others on best practices.
