Position

Reporting directly to the firm’s CFO, the Head of Capital Formation will be responsible for developing and strategically implementing the firm’s capital raising, investor marketing, and investor relations initiatives. The successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset, with proven capital-raising experience and deep connections with Ultra High-Net-Worth investors, Family Offices, Fund of Funds, and institutional investors nationwide. The Head of Capital Formation will also play a leadership role on the company’s investment committee and support strategic decisions on land acquisitions, development funding, joint ventures, and capital markets activities.

Primary Duties

Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and Execute Capital Raising Strategies: In conjunction with the firm’s senior leaders, formulate and implement comprehensive capital-raising strategies tailored to the specific needs and objectives of our investment projects.
• Marketing and Brand Ambassador: Leading the production of materials for sales and marketing efforts, including new fund launches, events and campaigns
• Build and Maintain Investor Relationships: Cultivate and nurture relationships with institutional investors, family offices, pension funds, endowments, and other potential investors to expand the company's investor base.
• Track and Report Progress: Maintain accurate records of investor interactions, commitments, and fund flows. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on fundraising progress and performance metrics.
• Coordinate on Investor Material: Collaborate with Asset Management on development and quality control of investor material. Take the lead on developing and disseminating Marketing content.
• Monitor Market Trends: Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes impacting the commercial real estate and capital markets to identify emerging opportunities and risks.
• Attend meetings, industry events, and conferences to meet with targeted and existing investors and to represent the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA or CPA strongly preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in real estate finance, investment management, or corporate finance, with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• Demonstrated success in capital markets, underwriting, and financial stewardship of large-scale real estate projects.
• Strong understanding of real estate development cycles, master-planned communities, and mixed-use asset classes.
• Deep knowledge of financial systems, modeling, accounting, and tax structures relevant to development entities.
• Proven track record of successfully raising capital from institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to consistently, frequently and effectively communicate, coordinate and collaborate with individuals and groups primarily face-to-face, but also by telephone and electronic media.
• Ability to travel to investor and lender meetings on behalf of the organization, and conduct property tours, as needed.

As a Radiology Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for setup and assist physicians with procedures as needed (i.e., abscess drainage, biopsy, consent for invasive procedures and follow-ups, as necessary). What You Will Do In This Role:

•  You will be responsible for EKG monitoring when necessary.
•  You will be responsible for administering medications/blood as ordered.
•  You will be responsible for start of saline locks and I.V.’s according to IVP/CT protocol.
•  You will be responsible for catheterization of patients in department.
•  You will monitor patients receiving I.V. sedation under the direct supervision of the Radiologist.
•  You will be responsible for informing the Radiologist/Technologist of any penitent changes in the patient’s condition.

What Qualifications You Will Need:

•  Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing is required.
•  Current Texas licensure with State Board of Nurse Examiners is required.
•  BSN is preferred.
•  Two years of hospital experience is required.
•  Basic EKG certification is required.
•  IV Therapy certification is required.
•  IV Medication course is required.
•  American Heart Association BLS certification is required.
•  American Heart Association ACLS certified is required within six months of hire.

Rapid Responders are collaborative members of the health care team who deliver nursing and collaborative medical aspects of care to specific populations within the scope of care delineated by the licensing board, and professional standards of care. Rapid Responders collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners and interdisciplinary team members to review the plan of care, intervene when necessary to ensure adequate delivery of quality, cost-effective care and maintain continuity of care through appropriate referral and follow-up.

What you will do in this role:

• Responds to all RRTs (Rapid Response calls), Code Blue, Code Sepsis, and Code Stroke
• Will take on the role of educator and provides support and education to staff as needed
• Communicates daily with each charge nurse to identify high risk patients
• Rounds on all medical-surgical units every two hours to address MEWS scores and questions and/or concerns of staff.
• Assesses all “at risk” patients as identified by MEWS score increases
• Monitors surgery schedule and rounds on any “at risk” post op patients
• Facilitates debriefings/critiques post codes
• Enters RRT data and creates monthly reports using excel, reports data to appropriate committees
• Completes 24 hours post RRT/Code Blue follow up and documentation
• Leads anient complaints to appropriate Unit Managers
• Utilizes chd facilitates RRT/Code Blue Committee
• Refers patain of command to ensure appropriate action is taken
• Facilitates a staff satisfaction feedback system for RRT
• All other duties as assigned.

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

Under the general supervision of the Director and Manager of Maternal Child Department, and the direct supervision of the Charge Nurse, the Registered Nurse in the Level II Nursery is responsible for the provision of safe, effective care of the newborn.

• You will assume responsibility for the efficient management of patients including but not limited to assessments and care planning
• You will demonstrate and maintains competencies in all aspects of newborn care and able to delegate appropriately.

What qualifications you will need:

• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required

• American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification

• Staffing Support from Certified Nurse Assistance, Patient Care Techs, Charge Nurses, and an RN float pool internal to HCA Healthcare that is available as a staffing resource as needed
• Rounding with unit leaders, including charge nurses, to ensure your voice is heard on suggestions for patient care

What you will do in this role:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while managing evidence-based practices and continuous improvement initiatives
• Be an integral member of a dynamic interdisciplinary team – consisting of the provider(s), therapy, and more.
• Consistently apply the nursing process, critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, technical skills and leadership to independently deliver safe nursing care to patients
• Assess patient condition, monitor throughout your shift, and document changes in patient condition along with the care provided thoroughly
• Educate patients and families/caregivers about the patient’s medical condition, treatment and follow-up measures

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
