We’re seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead multi-site or large-scale manufacturing operations with full responsibility for P&L, safety, quality, delivery, and people. The Plant Manager role is based outside Fargo, ND and is ideal for a hands-on leader with experience in plastics, rubber, vinyl, or polymer-based manufacturing who can translate strategy into execution and drive operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Own plant performance across cost, quality, delivery, and safety
- Lead multi-site operations and continuous improvement initiatives

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate workflow within Packaging and Manufacturing departments.
- Prepare work schedules, assign tasks, and oversee progress to ensure timely completion of orders.
- Train employees on equipment operation and quality control procedures, maintaining high productivity and product quality.
- Monitor and enforce quality control, NSF, and cGMP policies throughout production processes.
- Conduct employee evaluations, issue corrective actions, and foster a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Receiving, and Shipping departments to manage workflow and control backorders.
- Troubleshoot, set up, and maintain manufacturing equipment, working with Maintenance as needed.
- Actively participate on the Sanitation Team and maintain professional relationships across departments.
Must-Have Skills:
- 3-5 years experience in a management or leadership capacity within manufacturing.
- Deep knowledge of cGMP, quality control, and NSF procedures applicable to supplement and vitamin manufacturing.
- Strong employee training and team building skills.
- Excellent communication abilities and experience prioritizing multiple tasks.
- Ability to learn and operate manufacturing equipment such as blenders and capsule fillers.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Familiar with packaging equipment.
- Mechanical background and strong troubleshooting capabilities.
- Experience with Patterson-Kelley Blender, Basch Capsule Fillers, counting scales, and Mozart systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office equipment.

Qualifications
A degree in Respiratory Care from an accredited respiratory care program is required; minimum associate degree or equivalent as defined by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
Respiratory Therapists must have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all procedures, indications, contraindications and hazards involved in respiratory care, as well as knowledge of equipment utilized in their department. Demonstrates the ability and knowledge required to utilize computers for patient documentation and data gathering for quality care. Must complete orientations, competency validations, and other in-servicing as required by the department and hospital.
Must have current Respiratory Therapy licensure in state(s) of practice and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges as required by position.
Must have Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentials as attained through the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) and maintain active status according to NBRC credentialing requirements.
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required. Must obtain site-specific specialty credential(s) such as Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), etc.
