Route Details:
Join our Intermodal team! Our routes offer a mix of live load and drop-and-hook freight, typically within a 65-mile radius from the rail ramp. Occasionally, you may tackle longer trips up to 600 miles round trip, with workdays lasting 10-12 hours. Due to some of the regional runs we currently have in OH, MI, KY, IA, and WI, there will be a layover at least once per week on this fleet. Dispatch starts and ends at 5200 Joliet Road, McCook, IL 60625. You'll follow a 5-day work schedule, with the option for a 6th day for extra pay. All tractors will leave and return to the yard daily.

Summary:
The ICU Registered Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive, critical care to patients in the intensive care unit. Essential Work Functions:

The RN Case Manager acts as a patient advocate and communication link with other departments and community resources. Responsible for patient assessment of complex clinical discharge needs and establishment of an appropriate plan of care with multidisciplinary team. Demonstrates critical thinking skills and oversees the care coordination of defined population. Ensures that patient goals are set with patient/family, negotiates healthcare resources and educates patient/family regarding available options of care throughout the continuum. Demonstrates clinical competence to care for a specific patient population. Facilitate patient education for safe and effective discharge.

What you’ll need for this job:
Associate degree in respiratory care; Bachelor's preferred
CPR/BLS - American Heart Association
Current IL state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist
Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) through NBRC
(CRT credential and IL state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist required within 6 months of hire)
