Position Description
Job Summary:
The Plant Clerk is responsible for supporting office services and plant operations in a semi-industrial environment. This role involves processing scale tickets, maintaining sales, inventory, payroll, and production data, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Functions:
1. Committed to serve. Operate the truck scale to weigh inbound and outbound materials, ensuring accurate and timely ticketing through PII POS.
2. Results matter. Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documentation, including weigh tickets, delivery receipts, and daily production reports. Accurately enter and manage plant reporting systems, tracking daily sales, incoming materials, total production, and inventory. Manage petty cash transactions responsibly, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation in alignment with company policies.
3. Respect and engage. Interact with drivers, customers, and vendors in a professional manner, addressing inquiries, providing necessary documentation, seeking feedback, and staying informed on new developments.
4. Determined. Perform clerical duties such as accounts payable vouchering, payroll entry, mail processing, and ordering office and PPE supplies.
5. Efficiency. Record fuel deliveries and place fuel orders as needed to maintain operational continuity.
6. Communicate. Collaborate with plant supervisors, dispatchers, and sales teams to coordinate logistics, resolve discrepancies, and ensure smooth plant operations.
7. Safety always wins. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations, reporting any issues or concerns to management.

A fully trained BPA may be eligible for up to an additional 25% of base pay per the BPA Pay Reform Act of 2014. You will be eligible for a promotion to the next higher grade level (without re-applying) once you successfully complete 52 weeks in the lower grade level.

Duties and Responsibilities:
As a BPA, you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation's economic prosperity. Being a BPA makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) profession.
Typical assignments include:
- Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and customs laws and inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations.
- Preventing and apprehending aliens and smugglers of aliens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions to include using infrared scopes during night operations.
- Interpreting and following tracks, marks, and other physical evidence of illegal entry of persons or contraband.
- Performing farm checks, building checks, traffic checks, city patrols, and transportation checks.

Qualifications:
GL-9: You qualify for the GL-9 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as:
- Performing physical searches of detained individuals, their vehicles, and their immediate surroundings for weapons, contraband, currency, and other evidence.
- Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.
- Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.
If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.
GS-11: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, with the authority granted by the state or government to enforce laws, make arrests, and investigate crimes, performing primary duties in an official law enforcement capacity such as:
- Utilizing intelligence information to track illegal operations, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or contraband while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
- Leading investigations of fraud, contraband, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or illegal operations to determine sources and patterns while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
- Apprehending violators of state, federal, or immigration laws by utilizing various forms of complex technology that include surveillance, detection, situation awareness systems, and/or communications equipment.
The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Make arrests and exercise sound judgment in the use of firearms; deal effectively with people in a courteous manner in connection with law enforcement matters; analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions; or develop and maintain contact with a network of informants.
There are no education substitutions for the GL-9 or GS-11 grade-level Border Patrol Agent opportunities.
Other Requirements:

Residency: You must have had primary U.S. residency (including protectorates as declared under international law) for at least three of the last five years.
Age Restriction: In accordance with Public Law 100-238, this position is covered under law enforcement retirement provisions. Therapist counsels patients individually or through group education regarding psychological, emotional, or substance abuse problems using evaluative techniques and develops and implements therapeutic treatment. Therapist provides education, social work services, basic consultation, and crisis intervention. Therapist provides referrals to patients for aftercare. Lead Therapist supervises individual and group counseling and oversees responsibility for training new staff to ensure clinical documentation is current and accurate and meets all regulatory and other standards. Lead Therapist will assist with monitoring and coaching relating to accurate and timely completion of documentation and assists with coordinating coverage of shifts. Lead Therapist will help to disseminate information from the DCS and/or other management to therapists when assigned as needed.

How you'll contribute
The Therapist for the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is responsible for providing comprehensive psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals experiencing psychiatric and/or substance use disorders. This includes conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions; participating actively in treatment planning, crisis intervention, and discharge or aftercare coordination. The Therapist collaborates closely with the interdisciplinary team-including physicians, nursing staff, and utilization review-to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. This position requires accurate and timely documentation, adherence to confidentiality and regulatory standards (HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2), and a commitment to supporting patients' emotional and behavioral health recovery in a structured, therapeutic setting.

Tier4 is seeking a seasoned Business‑Focused Project Manager to support initiatives across Corporate Finance, Investment Management, and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). This role sits within the Corporate Finance, Investment Management, and ERM Portfolio and reports directly to the Portfolio Lead.
You will be accountable for planning, day‑to‑day execution, delivery, and reporting of projects while adhering to established PMO processes and standards. This position requires a project manager who can quickly ramp up, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and operate effectively within complex finance‑domain environments.
About the Team
This portfolio oversees and drives execution of initiatives across Corporate Finance, Enterprise Risk, and Investment Management. The team sets the enterprise standard for project management approaches and works to improve visibility, prioritization, collaboration, and execution across Corporate Functions.
Key Responsibilities
Discovery & Initiation
- Partner with Project Sponsors and Functional Managers to develop required Discovery artifacts:
- Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA)
- Project Charter
- High‑level Resource Plan
- High‑level Milestone Plan
- Prepare materials for Discovery funding reviews.
Planning & Execution
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and all required PM artifacts.
- Define project scope and manage scope execution from planning through delivery.
- Create detailed schedules during planning and refine high‑level milestones from Discovery.
- Build and manage financial forecasts, track variances, identify risks, and submit budget change requests as needed.
Resource & Risk Management
- Refine resource plans based on complexity assessments.
- Develop a RACI matrix and conduct Key‑Person Risk Assessments and Third‑Party Support Needs Assessments.
- Ensure early identification, escalation, and resolution of project risks and issues.
- Maintain Risk & Issue Logs and facilitate project Pre‑Mortem exercises.
Delivery & Accountability
- Execute projects following defined PMO standards for initiation, planning, execution, and close.
- Ensure all business requirements are met from requirements development through implementation.
- Collaborate with a dedicated Change Management team (minimal change ownership on low‑complexity projects).
Project Load
- Expected to manage ~3 simultaneous projects across various stages:
- In‑flight initiatives
- Newly launched Discovery‑phase efforts
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of project management experience.
- 1+ year hands‑on experience with PM tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira.
- Experience in finance‑related domains (e.g., tax, corporate finance, investment management, capital markets) (required)
- PMP or equivalent mastery‑level certification (nice to have).
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of PM experience, including 2+ years within a PMO environment.
- 3+ years managing projects impacting Investment Management, Financial, or Capital Markets systems or processes.
- Demonstrated success delivering projects on‑time, on‑budget, and within scope.
- Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience managing distributed/global teams (nice‑to‑have).
