The Opportunity
As a dedicated Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to leaders within USAA's Technology Organization, focusing on Data and Analytics Products. You will support executives driving innovation and operational excellence in these critical technology domains, ensuring the seamless functioning and advancement of USAA's technological landscape.
This role involves performing high-level administrative support for multiple members of the Executive Management Group (EMG), adapting the scope based on executive level and team structure. You will ensure day-to-day activities are coordinated and EMG members are prepared for their responsibilities, maintaining operational efficiency through meticulous organization and proactive management of schedules and tasks.

What You'll Do:
- Delivers administrative support to assigned EMG through management of schedule/calendar, emails, call routing and ensuring appropriate record retention. Coordinates activities and ensures timely information flow for EMG assigned.
- Collaborates with EMG to understand, prioritize and organize daily activities/responsibilities to meet deadlines and deliver on EMG goals/objectives. Identifies topics that translate into prioritizing meeting planners, emails, people, and data. Delivers effective challenge to preserve EMG's time.
- May prepare/update presentations. Ensures accuracy and compliance with USAA presentation standards. Additionally, drafts internal communications and other materials on behalf of the leader to share with a variety of audiences including department leaders, employees, key collaborators, or business partners.
- As requested by assigned EMG, prepares correspondence on behalf of EMG. Ensures information to and from EMG members are treated with appropriate level of confidentiality.
- Responsible for maintaining awareness on applicable intranet pages, messaging channels, leader communications, and other information platforms. Proactively disseminates reminders to leaders and employees for upcoming deadlines, such as check-in completion, LMS training deadlines, or other urgent work deliverables.
- Monitors EMG calendars to coordinate meetings and ensure leader/team is aligned with all aspects of meeting. Creates agenda, takes meeting minutes, documents follow up action items, handles attendees, delegates, and ensures all meetings have a clear purpose/agenda. In addition, coordinates schedules, meeting planners, dates and secures the content to be presented.
- Understands the importance of team culture for the EMG's organization. Prioritizes employee 1:1's, staff meetings, skip levels, and other connection points. Creates positive experiences for employees through coordination.
- Partners with hiring manager to improve employee experience by proactively planning and onboarding new EMG or other team members. Collaborates to formulate an effective transition plan that minimize/eliminate a negative impact for the incoming EA/EMG relationship. Additionally, update/submit organizational charts prior to the 1st of the month and update distribution lists within one business day of employee hire/exit.
- Ensures new hires are provided access to resources and knowledge of department-wide operations/processes. May coordinate desk/seating logistics for employees and provide oversight for on-site events.
- Handles travel and expense reporting timely and effectively. Additionally, manages team budget and confirms people leader adherence to individual budget plans.
- Responsible for maintaining inventory of office supplies with an expense management focused approach.
- Maintains filing system for key documents. Generates reports requested by assigned EMG.
- Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
What You Have:
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma required.
- 4 years directly related work experience providing administrative support to executives or leadership teams.
- Proficient in Windows, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Publisher.
- Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets, data retrieval, and word processing and presentation software.
- Demonstrated experience with calendar management and/or prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to effectively build strong relationships and work with all levels within the organization.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail needed.

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is: $63,590.00 - $114,450.00.

The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for administrating and processing tasks related to execution of payroll processing and reporting; supports processing for all employees. Responsibilities include processing timecards, time adjustments sheets, updating payroll records, making pay changes, and answering employee questions about payroll. The Machine Operator is responsible for the efficient operation of the production machines during their shift, he or she will ensure the Injection machines and auxiliary equipment continue running by attending to the alarms as necessary, monitoring all feeding tubes and convey systems i.e. Conveyors, blenders and end operations equipment necessary to run safely and efficiently. The Machine Operator will be responsible to carry all aspects of produced parts in real time, labor, packaging and labeling to ensure quality standards and traceability. The Machine Operator will troubleshoot as needed in order to successfully clear the alarm codes the machine displays and will ensure the production floor area is maintained in constant state of organization and cleanliness. In the absence of the Mold Machine Lead, this position reports to the Process Engineer.

Oversees the daily operation of the Histology Laboratory. Maintains adequate quality control systems for specimen processing, embedding, cutting, and staining of slides. Coordinates workflow within the section, ensuring timely availability of slides for pathologists/residents. Ensures compliance with CAP and Joint Commission accreditation and safety requirements.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Completion of an accredited program in histology and certification as a histotechnician by a recognized certifying agency. Five years' working experience as a histotechnician with certification is required OR ten or more years working as a histotechnician without a certification.
- For gross examinations and renal biopsy adequacy check
o Must have earned associate degree in a chemical or biological science or medical laboratory technology, obtained from an accredited institution, OR o Education/training equivalent to the above that includes the following:
ï‚§ 60 semester hours or equivalent from an accredited institution. This education must include 24 semester hours of medical laboratory technology courses, OR 24 semester hours of science courses that includes six semester hours of chemistry, six semester hours of biology, and 12 semester hours of chemistry, biology or medical laboratory technology in any combination, AND laboratory training including either completion of a clinical laboratory training program approved or accredited by the ABHES, NAACLS, or other organization approved by HHS (note that this training may be included in the 60 semester hours listed above), OR at least three months of recorded laboratory training in each specialty in which the individual performs high complexity testing.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
Certification as a histotechnician by a recognized certifying agency (if ten or more years of experience, then certification is preferred but not required).
Provides comprehensive specialty health care to a population that has multiple health care needs in the University Health network of community-based ambulatory care centers.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Completion of residency program from the time of graduation from medical school in excess of the traditional time period for the practice specialty must be fully explained in writing. LICENSURE

EDUCATION
A Registered Professional Nurse who is prepared for advanced nursing practice by virtue of knowledge and skills obtained through an accredited post basic or advanced educational program of study acceptable to the Board of Nurse Examiners. Graduation from an accredited school of nurse anesthesia. Must be a participating Medicare provider or eligible to obtain a Medicare provider number.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
Must be currently licensed as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist in Texas and registered by the State to practice as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner. Must maintain current AHA ACLS or higher in accordance with Medical-Dental staff bylaws. Certification by a national nursing body is recommended.

The Peri-Anesthesia department consists of Pre-Op, PACU (Phase I) and Phase II Recovery. All the Peri-Anesthesia nurses at Westover are cross-trained to work all three areas and float to each area within out department. This unique approach requires a positive attitude and flexibility as nurses may float to more than one Peri-Anesthesia area during their shift to cover the needs of the department. This model of nursing care works extremely well for productivity and gives the Peri-Anesthesia nurse a holistic approach to the Perioperative experience while providing cohesion as one team. Peri-Anesthesia Nursing is a unique type of nursing specialty as we provide the “before” and “after” care for patients that have had surgery or other types of procedures requiring anesthesia. We bridge the gap between floor nurses and OR/Procedure Nurses. The care that we give patients in the Perioperative setting is crucial to positive patient outcomes. Consistent with the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice, provides nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention and evaluation for assigned patients.
Addresses increasingly complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patient and families in accordance with their level of practice.
Using the appropriate protocol, administers medications and treatments; monitors for side-effects and effectiveness of the treatment prescribed.
Documents patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given.
Assess learning needs and provides education to patients, family members and/or care givers; identify issues and resources.

All newly hired experienced RNs must attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of hire.
New hires are precepted by a designated trained staff member and initial on-boarding requirements are validated through successful completion of the designated organizational entry competency validation and a Perioperative Department-specific competency validation.
Completion of all annual competency verification requirements.
Experience
Perioperative RN Residency, or recently practicing in an OR/Perioperative Setting preferred.

Current PALS or ENPC certification required
In accordance with the CHRISTUS Health License, Certification and Registration Verification Policy, all Associates are required to obtain required certifications for their respective positions within the designated time frame.

Any Candidate/Associate with at least one year of acute care clinical experience in a similar service line within the past three years is considered an Experienced Associate.
Any Candidate/Associate who does not have at least one year of full-time acute care clinical experience in the same service line within the past three years is considered an Experienced Associate New to the Specialty.
