BC/BE OB/Gyn to join an established single specialty clinic. Practice is located just 30 minutes from Salt Lake City, UT. Will practice a full range of OB and GYN care and participate in a 1:5 call rotation. The group currently consists of 6 OB/Gyn physicians, one of which has retired from OB, 3 Certified Nurse Midwives and 3 Nurse Practitioners. Deliveries are done between 2 hospitals.
This opportunity offers a 1-year competitive salary guarantee and then transition to a production based model.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel on the formation, structuring, and operation of registered investment funds and mutual funds, including PE, VC, credit, or other alternative vehicles.
