Join our team as a Warehouse Associate! In this warehouse position, you will perform duties such as loading/unloading trailers and building/moving pallets.

Associates will also be maneuvering freight container products that vary in size and weight.

All associates must have at least 6 months of warehouse experience and be able to read and speak English fluently.

Shift: Monday
- Friday, 6:00 am
- 2:30 pm
- mandatory OT for the foreseeable future Monday thru Thursday staying till 3:30pm .

Ability to use appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person.

Effectively communicate verbally in a sensitive manner in noisy operations environment.

Must be able to read and speak fluent English.

May be asked to perform light janitorial tasks (e.g.

clean bathrooms, mop, sweep, empty trash, clean break areas).

Oversee cycle counting and physical inventory programs to maintain high levels of accuracy and inventory integrity.

Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods in compliance with GMP and other regulatory standards.

Team Leadership Manage, train, coach, and develop warehouse associates, leads, and supervisory staff.

Process Improvement Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to increase throughput, reduce errors, and improve overall warehouse efficiency.

Lead or participate in cross-functional projects related to warehouse optimization or system enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications Warehouse Management: Proven experience managing warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Materials Management: Strong background in inventory control, cycle counting, and materials handling best practices.

High SKU Complexity: Experience with diversified product lines and a large SKU count in ERP/inventory systems.

ERP Expertise: Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud or comparable enterprise systems for inventory and warehouse management.

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage teams, resolve operational issues, and drive performance.

Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications Experience in nutraceuticals, manufacturing, 3PL, or regulated industries.

Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification.

Forklift certification or similar warehousing credentials.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Patient Safety and Risk Management Specialist is responsible for coordination and resolution of complaints and grievances made by patients and their representatives according to CMS and TJC guidelines and assisting with the quality and risk management functions of the hospital with a specific focus on patient safety. 

You will:

• Assist with data collection, data entry, analysis of data, and compilation of reports in various computer systems and databases.
• Be involved with medical record review, chart reviews, data analysis and compilation of reports as assigned.
• Assist with the execution of the Quality, Risk, and Patient Safety hospital plans and the development of performance improvement projects or tasks as assigned.
• Have a working knowledge of all Performance Improvement initiatives, Quality Dashboards, Patient Complaints and Grievances, Risk Management and Patient Safety activities.
• Assist with preparation for regulatory surveys and action that may result from those surveys.

 What qualifications you will need:

• Current State of Utah Registered Nurse license, compact license accepted, must obtain Utah RN license within 90 days of employment.
• BSN or equivalent degree
• Skills relating to data collection and statistical analysis, process improvement process and the ability to work well with patients/families, nursing, and ancillary staff, and physicians are required by the position. 
• Needs good computer skills, communication skills, writing ability and experience with database software i.e. Microsoft Excel.
• RN with at least 5 years acute care experience required.
