What You’ll Do

In this role, you will support daily departmental operations and ensure seamless communication and workflow. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing general administrative support to the department manager and team
• Updating and maintaining records using Microsoft Excel
• Answering incoming calls and monitoring email and voicemail messages
• Coordinating meeting scheduling for employees and clients
• Managing office supply orders and supporting general office logistics
• Printing documents, arranging lunches, and assisting with scheduling needs
• Working with PDF documents and forms using Adobe
• Assisting with grant writing and technical writing projects
• Supporting basic video editing tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate who brings professionalism, initiative, and strong organizational skills. Qualifications include:

• 2–3 years of administrative support experience in a professional environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and mid-level Microsoft Excel
• Experience working with Adobe and PDF file management
• Background in grant writing and technical writing
• Basic video editing experience is highly preferred

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Warehouse Receiver role based in Brockton, MA. The Warehouse Receiver will be responsible for inspecting, unloading, and processing incoming shipments, ensuring accurate inventory control, and maintaining an organized workspace. Additional duties include maintaining shipping and receiving documentation and providing excellent customer service when coordinating with delivery drivers and clients. This is a seasonal contract role with the potential to become full-time at the end of the busy season.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with unloading mattresses from trailers and trucks alongside the warehouse team.
• Work in coordination with forklift operators during the unloading process.
• Accurately count incoming mattresses and verify shipment quantities.
• Sort mattresses by type and direct them to the appropriate recycling stations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in Shipping & Receiving in a warehouse setting.
• Proficiency in reading and writing in English.
• Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Ability to lift and handle heavy objects and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Provide physical and emotional support to patients of all ages as they adapt to permanent lifestyle changes.  Patients are on the unit for approximately 2-3 weeks and you get the chance to impact their road to recovery!

What you will Do: 

Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care of patients.

Supervises and coordinates care provided by LPNs and PCAs.

Facilitates communication with physicians, families and other team members.

Hours/Schedule:  

.9 fte, 2nd shift and / or third shift every third weekend, will work 8 hour shifts during the week and 12 hour shifts on the weekend 7P-7A, during the week either 3-11 or 11-7 or can work 12 hours during the week 7P-7A

Minimum Qualifications:  

Active IA RN license

BSN preferred

No experience required

MRI Technologist – Outpatient Ortho Office – Latham, NY - Per Diem

What you will do:

The MRI Technologist performs diagnostic MRI in accordance with departmental standards.

Responsibilities:

• Obtains and records a complete clinical history pertinent to examination requested.
• Evaluates requests for appropriateness; refers concerns to coordinator and/or radiologist.
• Instructs patient as to nature of the exam being performed.
• Effectively communicates with patient throughout exam being performed.

What you will need:

• AAS Degree in Radiologic Technology
• MRI experience
• Current ARRT registration and NYS license required

Pay Range: $34.50 - $48.81

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
