The Department of Radiology at the ICAHN school of Medicine at Mount Sinai affiliated with NYC H+H/Queens is seeking a full and part time Mammographer. We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated and talented candidate to join our team.

Responsibilities will entail help in covering Mammography and Women’s Imaging.

The Mammography and Women’s Imaging Department at QHC performs approximately 11K Mammograms studies per year and does approximately 1,100 biopsies per year. The Radiology Department has 2 state of the Art 3-D Hologic Dimension machines, one Hologic stereotactic machine, two 128 slice CT scanners, a Pet/CT scanner, a 1.5 Tesla MRI, ultrasound, Diagnostic x-rays/Fluoroscopy suites and Nuclear medicine.

The candidate will be joining two Full time Mammographers to provide services. The Women’s department is supported by 2 Nurses, 3 technologists and 1 Breast Imaging Supervisor.

New York City Health + Hospital Queens, an acute care facility, is part of the largest municipal healthcare system in the country and serves the most culturally diverse in the world with a wide spectrum of medical conditions. Queens hospital is designated Comprehensive Cancer Center.

Successful candidates must be Board certified/eligible in Radiology. The candidate must be licensed to practice in the State of New York. Faculty appointment will be commensurate with years of service and accomplishment. Compensation is competitive and proportionate with qualifications and excellent fringe benefits.

Full time salary is as follows:

• Board Eligible- $425K
• Board Certified- $450K
• Board Certified and ACGME Fellowship- $475K

The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai affiliated with New York City H + H/Queens has an exciting opportunity for a part-time Otolaryngology Attending.

The Otolaryngology Attending will perform a full spectrum of general and subspecialty outpatient and surgical care. Administrative responsibilities include assistance with oversight of advanced practice providers and resident physicians. On call responsibility is included. Candidates should have a strong interest in health equity and clinical operations as there are a variety of opportunities for program development and advancement. We have six physician assistants within the ENT department and an ambulatory NP to assist with inpatient, outpatient, and operative patient care. The hospital is easily accessible by public transportation and car from all areas of New York City, New Jersey and Long Island.

Candidates must have an MD degree and be Board Certified with a valid New York State License, DEA and Medicaid number. Qualified candidates should have strong clinical abilities, teaching experience and communication and interpersonal skills. Mount Sinai South Nassau Hospital is seeking a Full-Time Chief of Neurology to join its hospital in Oceanside!

The selected candidate will direct the Division of Neurology at Mount Sinai South Nassau and develop clinical services, provide administrative oversight and manage quality and safety performance metrics, as they help to expand further our growing Division of Neurology and Department of Medicine. The candidate will be eligible for a faculty appointment at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, based upon background and experience. Mount Sinai South Nassau is an award-winning, acute care, not-for-profit teaching hospital located in Oceanside, New York. Our dedicated staff serves the entire South Shore, from the Rockaways in Queens to the Massapequas and beyond. And we offer quality, compassionate care on our main campus in Oceanside, plus nine other satellite facilities in the region. The Division of Neurology is currently comprised of a growing faculty, including two stroke neurologists, a neuromuscular neurologist, two epileptologists and three general neurologists, who work together in both the inpatient and outpatient setting. The hospital has achieved the Joint Commission’s gold seal of approval for disease-specific care for primary stroke, AHA Gold Plus Stroke Center and partial thrombectomy capable interventional services, moving to become fully thrombectomy capable 24/7/365 in April 2024 with the addition of a team of trained neurointerventional specialists on site. There is a very active neurosurgical service, state of the art neurological imaging studies and epilepsy platform with an EMU beginning in April 2024 as well. The hospital is a full-service tertiary care hospital, with the addition of cardiac surgery in 2025, along with many other additions to the Department of Medicine, which has a Internal Medicine Residency, gastroenterology fellowships, with the expected addition soon of additional fellowship and training programs. We are in the process of building a full comprehensive thrombectomy capable Stroke Center and Neurology Service and are looking to recruit additional full-time faculty to expand the Division’s services.
