We are seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Sourcing Analyst to support sourcing strategy and cost planning activities within specialty sport categories. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional partners including Product Creation, Finance, Supply Planning, Materials, and Manufacturing teams to drive sourcing excellence and achieve profitability targets.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. This role is well suited for someone with product creation and manufacturing knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sport-focused sourcing strategies
- Manage cost planning processes to ensure margin and profitability targets are achieved
- Partner with Finance to establish style-level cost targets
- Support factory allocation decisions and sourcing analysis
- Conduct costing analysis and provide data-driven recommendations
- Support the global sourcing process from strategic planning to seasonal execution
- Collaborate cross-functionally to balance cost, margin, and product requirements
- Support specialty categories such as Cricket, Basketball special projects, and Olympic sideline products
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Textiles, Supply Chain, or related field
- (or 2 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sourcing, supply chain, product creation, or manufacturing
- Knowledge of apparel and/or footwear manufacturing and textiles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with ability to manage ambiguity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple stakeholder groups
Top Must-Have Skills
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, calculations)
- Strong retail math knowledge

This role ensures accurate, timely recovery of assets from employees and contingent workers, maintains chain of custody, and supports inventory accuracy and compliance across depot and asset management systems.
Key Responsibilities • Manage the full RTI lifecycle including device recovery, tracking, intake, validation, and disposition • Process RTI requests in ServiceNow (RITMs, Incidents, and Tasks) according to SOPs and SLAs • Coordinate shipping of return kits, labels, and materials with logistics partners • Track in-transit assets and follow up on delayed or missing returns • Apply strike and escalation processes for overdue assets • Validate returned devices for asset tag, serial number, and condition • Update asset records, substates, and ownership details • Partner with HR, IT, Security, and Managers on offboarding and recovery cases • Support audits, reporting, and recovery initiatives • Identify process improvements to reduce RTI cycle time and ticket volume Required Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in IT asset management, depot operations, or end-user support • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow • Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management • Experience coordinating logistics and asset returns • Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills
