Key Responsibilities:
As Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the full scope of metals distribution center activities, including:
- Supervise, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates, material handlers, and shipping/receiving personnel across multiple shifts
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics for a broad range of steel products including coil, flat-rolled sheet, plate, structural, bar, and wire products
- Drive throughput, on-time shipping performance, and order accuracy while maintaining a culture of safety and accountability
- Coordinate closely with sales, operations, and procurement teams to align inventory levels with customer demand and delivery timelines
- Oversee steel processing, slitting, cutting, and value-added services as applicable to daily production requirements
- Conduct daily floor walks, toolbox talks, and shift briefings to communicate priorities, resolve bottlenecks, and enforce standard operating procedures
- Maintain accurate inventory records utilizing warehouse management system (WMS) and ERP platforms; perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies

- Implement and sustain 5S, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve operational efficiency

- Serve as a key point of escalation for customer service issues related to order status, short shipments, and product quality concerns
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–7 years of supervisory or management experience within a steel service center, metals distribution facility, or heavy industrial warehouse environment
- Demonstrated experience overseeing teams of 5–20 or more employees in a high-volume distribution or manufacturing setting
- Hands-on knowledge of steel product categories including hot-rolled and cold-rolled coil, carbon and alloy plate, structural shapes, wire rod, and bar
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, pick/pack, shipping, cycle counting, and inventory reconciliation
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, meet tight deadlines, and adapt quickly in a dynamic distribution environment
- Experience with overhead crane operations, forklift certification, and safe handling of heavy metal products
- Proficiency with WMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred; commitment to maintaining a zero-incident safety culture is non-negotiable
Preferred Background:
Candidates with direct experience at a full-line metals service center or national steel distributor are strongly preferred. Familiarity with the operational workflows, product mix, and customer service standards common to major industry distributors will allow you to integrate quickly and contribute immediately. Job Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and manage detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 software.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Preconstruction teams to develop and prepare proposal schedules and bid schedules.

Role Description:
Primary relationship manager for a portfolio of LIHTC projects, interfacing with general partners, investors, management agents, and other important stakeholders. Evaluates financial information quarterly; conducts physical inspection of assets and monitors for regulatory risk to protect investors' interests. Conducts in-depth financial analysis and is proficient with data analytics tools to identify project and portfolio trends. Works with partners and stakeholders to resolve issues with any underperforming assets and is an outstanding communicator with a strong work ethic.
Essential Job Functions:
- Manages Relationships while Enforcing Partnership Agreements with Assigned Partners: Serves as a key relationship manager with assigned partners. Responsible for fully understanding all of the duties and obligations of the various partners involved in a partnership, and actively monitors and enforces those obligations on behalf of the investors. Must demonstrate strong interpersonal and written communication, customer service, and client management skills, and an ability to negotiate beneficial outcomes while strengthening and growing OCCH partner relationships.

Job Description Summary:
Med-surg level of care, with a strong focus on the surgical patient population. Patient centered care through adoption of Collaborative Care Model, a team-based approach including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Patient Support Assistants (PSAs) within a care team.This position provides general nursing care to patients and families along the health illness continuum in diverse health care settings while collaborating with the health care team. He/She is accountable for the practice of nursing as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities And Duties:
Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and or individual (30%).Outcomes Identification/Planning - Based on nursing diagnoses and collaborative problems, documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes appropriate to patient needs (30%).
Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes at appropriately determined intervals; as part of a multidisciplinary team, revises plan of care based on evaluative data (20%).
Leadership - Actively participates in process improvement activities to achieve targeted measures of clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance (10%).
Operations (10%).
