This position ensures delivery of evidence-based practice by professional nursing personnel and other staff in designated areas of responsibility. 50% Patient Care:
1. The hospitalist physicians will enjoy seeing 15-16 patients a day while leveraging the admissions with a nurse practitioner doing the "front-line" work.

About 25 patients are managed as a whole, but physicians average seeing 15-16.

This newly acquired hospital contract is managed by a democratic growing group of physicians.

No need to worry about being just a number in a big contracting system.

The icu is open, and physicians can chose to do procedures such as central lines, vents, and intubations, or chose not to do procedures at all.
