Job Description Summary:
The Senior Director of Specialty Pharmacy Services is responsible for the strategic leadership, coordination, quality, and cost-effectiveness of all operations within the Specialty Pharmacy. Working closely with the Vice-President, Pharmacy Services, this role will execute on strategic growth to support organizational initiatives. Close collaboration with all pharmacy directors will be required as this business will have multiple pharmacy intersections, including outpatient pharmacy, clinic practices, infusion centers, and home infusion. This role oversees Directors, Managers, Coordinators, and Support Personnel, working collaboratively to achieve and maintain the highest standards of practice and optimal outcomes. The Senior Director serves as an internal and external spokesperson, representing and promoting OhioHealth Specialty Pharmacy Services to providers, administrators, legislators, researchers, and other stakeholders. This position also leads educational initiatives for pharmacy students, residents, pharmacists, technicians, and other providers, and supports research activities related to specialty pharmacy and pharmaceutical public policy.Responsibilities And Duties:

Job Description Summary:
OhioHealth Doctors Hospital is a progressive facility with the one of the largest DO Medical Training facilities in the area. The pharmacy practice model is mixed with a high degree of clinical services and desire for growth. This position leads the planning, organization, and management of the hospital's pharmacy services in collaboration with the Pharmacy Site Manager. He/She develops and implements appropriate pharmacy policies and practices. The scope of the position is focused on clinical pharmacy services, inclusive of the operations to support it, oversight of the infusion center and relationship with the oncology service line, interface with provider leadership, seated representative to system Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee and leading local formulary efforts, engaged with the PGY1 Pharmacy Residency program, and matrixed relationship with system clinical services and quality. The position has approximately 30 direct reports (~22.5 FTEs) comprised of acute care clinical pharmacists, pharmacy interns, infusion center pharmacists and technicians, and medication reconciliation technicians.Responsibilities And Duties:
30%Plans, organizes, leads, and manages all aspects of pharmacy services at both a care site as well as a service line level. Meets expectations for care site pharmacy services requirements by coordinating pharmacy activities between all care site stakeholders such as: medical staffs, nursing staffs, other departments, administration, etc.

Meets hospital and service line strategic goals by developing and revising departmental goals, policies and procedures as well as providing input in the development of system level policies and procedures. Assesses and executes on the implementation of system policies at the care site level. Coordinates activities between different pharmacy department areas, establishes and monitors services to meet customer needs i.e., patients, medical staffs, etc. . Serves as the primary liaison between departments at the care site level and communicates both care site specific and system wide information as appropriate to all teams that the manager is assigned membership.

Secures and retains staff of qualified personnel through recruitment, selection, training, and motivating. Addresses personnel issues to maintain a productive and pleasant work environment. Is primarily accountable for the ongoing evaluation and performance management of all associates with direct line of supervision. Engages the assistance and oversees the input from care site coordinators or team leads who may be contributors to these evaluations and performance improvement activities. Rounds routinely on all associates within the department and reports the results of that rounding to department and system level leadership. May be required to work in a staffing capacity should unusual or pressing circumstances dictate. Does have responsibility to participate in department call rotation.

In conjunction with Ohio Health compliance departments, assures pharmacy compliance with professional standards, TJC standards, state/federal agencies' rules/regulations and any other regulatory agency regulation by interpreting items and taking action to conform. Maintains responsibility to report up to both care site and system level leadership any/all compliance concerns and follow-up to any findings as may be needed. Works with nursing and medical leadership at the care site to coordinate shared compliance accountabilities when collaboration is needed to address or respond to findings.

Assists the department director in developing the department operating budget and monitoring expenses to assure pharmacy financial objectives are achieved. Works closely with the service line business director and care site procurement analysts/buyer on established purchasing and inventory control programs. Responsible for communicating up to care site leadership and system level leadership on the monthly fiscal and staff management reports.

Represents and integrates pharmacy services into hospital's total health care system by actively participating in appropriate committees as assigned at either the care site or the system level. Riverside Methodist Hospital is seeking a dedicated and skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our dynamic Electrophysiology Lab. This fast-paced environment is at the forefront of the electrophysiology field, utilizing cutting-edge technology to provide exceptional care to our patients.
The EP Radiologic Technologist must be competent as the assistant to the Electrophysiologist for non-invasive and invasive procedures. The technologist must have knowledge of the X-ray equipment in use, arrhythmia monitoring, cardio structures, anatomy of the heart chambers, and sterile technique.
As an Electrophysiology Lab RT(R), you will play a critical role in assisting with electrophysiological procedures managing the fluoro systems and scrubbing alongside our physicians ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Your expertise will contribute to treating cardiac arrhythmias using the latest advancements in medical technology.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in complex electrophysiological procedures
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care
The hours for this position are 7:00a-5:30p (four 10-hour shifts/week). There is a required weekend call rotation (8:00a-12:00p) plus a call-stay rotation during the week for cases that may be running over.
Responsibilities And Duties:
85%Radiologic technologist must be competent as the assistant to the Interventionalist in specific area as described above in summary for each area.

Greets patients upon arrival to department. Checks chart for required data (i.e., informed consent). Reports absences or abnormalities to RN/physician. Explains procedures, gives instructions, and answers patients' questions. Participates in room turnover and transporting of patients.

Assists Radiation Safety officer in QA of labs and radiation protective apparel on regular basis. Performs tasks using radiation safety principles; checks lead aprons for tears; reports findings and removes inadequate gear from service; maintains accurate records or work with Radiology department to maintain records.

Nurse Practitioners see patients independently and collaborate with physicians, depending on the patient’s specific situation. Nurse Practitioners provide longitudinal care and build meaningful patient relationships; this creates trust and helps our patients understand and feel connected to their care plan.
Nurse Practitioners practice in our outpatient practices on a collaborative care team composed of a physician, nurse practitioner or physician assistant, medical assistants, a dedicated medical scribe, and support from registered nurses and care managers. We partner with a network of elite specialists and hospitals for specialty and acute care. As such, our healthcare providers can focus on care within the clinic: primary care, care coordination, and population health.
Core Responsibilities:
- Provision of exceptional primary care.
- Conduct office visits for routine and acute issues.
- Administer Annual wellness visits and health risk assessments, which require a holistic view of health and a focus on thoughtful, accurate, and specific documentation.
- Care coordination with other providers, specialists, testing facilities, and agencies.
- Population health leadership, in coordination with the Care Team (e.g., making sure all eligible females get their evidence-based breast cancer screening every 2 years)
- Assisting the care team with phone triage and outreach.
- Educating patients on their health conditions, care plans, and treatments.
- Participating in Oak Street Health promotional activities.
- Conducting home visits as needed.

This role reports to the Center Medical Director and works closely with operational leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- Master of Science in Nursing, Doctor of Nursing Practice, or NP Certificate Program graduate
- National certification in at least one of the following specialties:
- Family Nurse Practitioner
- Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner
- Adult Nurse Practitioner
- Gerontological Nurse Practitioner
- Active, non-probationary state Nurse Practitioner license
- Active DEA license
- US Work Authorization
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in primary care: internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine
- Understands HCC (Hierarchical Condition Categories) documentation, ICD-10 (International Classification of Diseases-10) Coding, and Health Risk Assessments (HRAs).
