As a NICU RN, you'll provide critical care to sick and premature infants. Alongside the rest of the care team, NICU RNs assist in providing round-the-clock care to these patients and support to the parents. Parental support can range from emotional encouragement to advising parents on the proper care of their infant when they return home.

As a NICU Travel Nurse, you should be prepared to perform the following tasks:


  • Care for infants transitioning to extra uterine life.
  • Monitor vital signs and initiate corrective action when necessary.
  • Provide nutritional assessment and specialized feedings.
  • Change dressings, insert catheters, start IVs.
  • Provide arterial and intravenous therapy.
  • Monitor and adjust specialized equipment used on patients, such as incubators and ventilators.

NICU Travel Nurses should be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as bend, lean and stoop without difficulty. RNs should be able to easily lift 10-20 pounds of equipment at times. NICU Travel Nurses may face hazards from exposure to chemicals and infectious diseases.

Registered Nurse Care Manager

SUMMARY: The RN Care Manager is responsible for assessing the care needs of participants, provides nursing and healthcare interventions, and evaluates outcomes of care of participants on an ongoing basis. In collaboration with the interdisciplinary team (IDT), develops plans of care to meet participants' needs. Delegates tasks to clinic, center, and homecare aides according to participant needs and care plans. ESSESNTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide high quality clinical care and serves as a member of the PACE interdisciplinary team (IDT).
  • Provide nursing care in the center, clinic, contracted facilities, and participants' homes according to each participant's plan of care. (NJ: in accordance with the State of New Jersey Nursing Practice Act, N.J.S.A. 45:11-23 et seq., as interpreted by the New Jersey State Board of Nursing, and written job descriptions. Services provided shall be documented in the participant's medical record ).
  • Participate in 24/7 on-call process for triage of participants and their needs.
  • Assess, plan, and coordinate participants' home care services. Provide input to the IDT in developing home care plan interventions. The nursing care needs of the participant shall be assessed only by a registered professional nurse.
  • Monitor participants' acute and chronic care needs in all settings. Provide coordination and direct care as indicated to promote continued care in the community or promote optimal institutional care (Assisted Living, Nursing Home, Hospital, etc.) as needed.
  • Ensure timely follow-up by providers on specialist visits and will assist with obtaining specialist reports, facility documentation, and labs if needed.
  • Reconcile facility MARs for your assigned panel of participants monthly to ensure accuracy and medication adherence, notify provider of any discrepancies.
  • Notify participants of normal test results.
  • Complete timely and accurate nursing assessments in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement nursing-related care plan interventions.
  • Teach participants, caregivers and families about self-care, medications, healthy lifestyles, infection control and safety to promote optimal health and safety.
  • Review and revises goals and approaches to participants' care in coordination with participant , family, caregiver and interdisciplinary team.
  • Works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team (IDT) to develop and implement comprehensive plans of care for participants.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships and communication with co-workers, participants and their families/significant others, and members of the community.
  • Participate in all interdisciplinary team meetings.
  • Assist the interdisciplinary team members in understanding the significant nursing, self-care and functional needs related to the participant's health problems.

  • Actively participates in utilization review meetings and quality improvement projects / meetings.
  • Evaluates the competence of CNAs and Home Care Aides and delegates tasks and duties to them as indicated.
  • Participates in family meetings, staff meetings, in-service and training and orientation programs as required.
  • Follows all PACE Program Policies and Procedures and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety guidelines.
  • Protects privacy and maintains confidentiality of all company procedures and information about employees, participants and families.
  • Practices standard precautions and follows PACE Program Infection Control protocols.
  • Performs other duties as required or requested.


EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree preferred.
  • State RN License required
  • NJ: Licensed by the New Jersey State Board of Nursing.
  • BLS required (have within90 days of employment).
  • 1 year of experience working with a frail or elderly population preferred. If this is not present, training will be provided upon hiring (If applicable for the role).
  • Experience in home care, long-term care and /or managed care preferred.
  • 1 year experience providing care as an RN required.

  • Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the minimum state required liability auto insurance.

Job Description Summary: The Perinatal Ultrasonographer provides patient care through OB/GYN ultrasound and Doppler Imaging.

Under general supervision, performs routine and targeted sonograms, fetal echocardiograms and CW Doppler imaging studies.

Assists in the performance of Level II and transvaginal sonographic studies and fetal/maternal diagnostic procedures.

This is for a full-time position, working Monday-Thursday 7:00a-4:30p or 7:30a-5:00p and Friday 7:00a-11:30a.

There is no weekend or major holiday coverage required.

Our Maternal Fetal Medicine offices are located at Doctors Hospital, Dublin Methodist Hospital, Grant Medical Center, Marion General Hospital, Pickerington Methodist Hospital and Riverside Methodist Hospital.

We offer an annual uniform allowance and an annual allowance towards RDMS renewal.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Performs routine OB/GYN sonograms includes Level I, II, BPP, Transvaginal l and reviews studies and reports with Perinatologist.

Assist physician in fetal/maternal diagnostic procedures.

Assists in resident teaching in ultrasound.

Data entry of obstetrical ultrasound reports.

Performs Doppler Imaging and fetal echocardiograms.

Organizes activities to assure conformity to established policies and procedures and standards of quality care.

Maintain and oversee satellite ultrasound machine on L&D.

 What You’ll DoPeople Leadership
  • Lead a team of leasing agents and maintenance professionals, ensuring a highly engaged team provides a great experience for our residents.
  • Process community staff payroll.
Financial Responsibility
  • Ensure collections of all monies due to the community (i.e., rent) are received and deposited.
  • Process community invoices for payment.
  • Purchase and maintain adequate supplies for the community.
Community and Resident Focus
  • Maintain acceptable levels of occupancy (minimum 98%).
  • Maintain positive relationships with the community owner/s and its residents.
  • Review rental applications for approval.
Operational Excellence
  • Complete move-out paperwork according to governing regulations.
  • Perform unit move-out, annual, and housekeeping inspections in a timely manner.
  • Audit all resident files and ensure they are complete and correct prior to forwarding to supervisor for review/approval.
  • Timely completion of reports required by government agencies, administrators, or the Company.
  • Responsible for maintaining the community to Company standards.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
 What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 1+ year previous experience as a residential property manager, with HUD / Section 8 experience a big plus. Or, 3 years previous experience in a general manager position, or similar, with exceptional people leadership and process management experience.  
  • Education: High School diploma, or associate’s degree is a big plus. Having COS, LIHTC, HCCP, AHM is a plus – you will be given the chance to obtain as an associate.
  • Dependability: Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
  • Resident Focus: A commitment to providing exceptional service to our valued residents.
  • Operational Excellence: You’re deadline driven, with a keen eye for detail, compliance, and quality.
  • Technically Savvy: You have great computer skills and fluent with Microsoft Office suite, and experience with Yardi is a big plus.

What You’ll Do

  • Administer medications, as prescribed, and under the direction of a licensed nurse
  • Promptly report to the nurse, a resident’s request/need for PRN medications.
  • Promptly report to the nurse any adverse or concerning reactions to medications.
  • Provide exceptional Personal service and daily care to residents.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, staff management and families.
  • Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures.
  • Provides physical resident care to include all aspects of personal hygiene and grooming.
  • Answers call lights in a timely manner and responds accordingly to the resident’s needs.
  • Assists in maintaining acceptable nutrition for residents and documents meal intake, as prescribed.
  • Knows proper technique for first aide.
  • Completes documentation of medication administration.
  • Assists in maintaining a therapeutic environment for the residents.
  • Motivates and encourages resident involvement in the participation in activities.
  • Assists residents to and from activities.
  • Lifting, turning, and re-positioning residents as needed.
  • Any other duties as assigned or delegated by the Director of Care or Designee. 

What We’re Looking For

  • Current valid Medication Aide Certificate authorized by the Ohio Board of Nursing. CPR Certified. Nurse Aide Certification.

What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for cleanliness of large equipment in preparation and serving areas.  
  • Maintains quality of products throughout preparation and serving by means of routine temperature checks and taste tests.  
  • Sets up food in steam tables and delivers more food as needed.  
  • Maintains portion control in preparation and serving.  
  • Perform other related duties as assigned. Acts as the person in charge when Chef is not there

What We’re Looking For

  • High school education or equivalent desired. One to two years institutional or restaurant experience. 
  • Ability to communicate with co-workers, residents and family members. 
  • Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from internal and external sources.   
  • Ability to apply basic math skills. 
  • Make routine decisions requiring little judgment.  Decisions typically affect immediate department.
