Job Summary

Jackson Siegelbaum Gastroenterology is a well-established independent practice in the Central PA region. We're seeking a compassionate, self-motivated Physician Assistant. Since our establishment in 1974, our philosophy has always focused on the patient first by providing physical and emotional comfort and striving for the best health outcomes possible. Key Responsibilities

The Physician Assistant is an integral part of the provider and clinical team and provides medical services to patients in collaboration with our practice physicians. Under general direction , the clinician will manage the care of patients by appropriately assessing, diagnosing, planning and implementing their care. Support includes ready access to physicians and a dedicated primary nurse to help coordinate patient care. It is expected that the physician assistant will also act as a role model and resource for staff. The position is office based with no hospital coverage and no overnight or weekend call. Dedicated office and clinical space is provided. The position is a full-time day shift schedule.


Candidates must be a graduate of an AMA approved Physician Assistant Program or baccalaureate or higher degree program that meets licensure requirements in the state of PA and board certified or board eligible. While we are a gastroenterology and hepatology focused practice, experience in these fields is not a requirement rather, a healthy inquisitiveness, professional integrity, and dedication towards lifelong learning is valued.
