As we expand, we’re seeking a Senior Construction Estimator with deep experience in water and wastewater treatment projects to lead complex, high-value estimating efforts. This is a strategic hire for our Englewood-based team. This is not an entry-level role — it’s ideal for an experienced, detail-driven professional ready to take ownership of preconstruction efforts and help shape the future of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue bid opportunities aligned with core services.
  • Review and interpret complex plans, specifications, and contract documents for water and wastewater treatment facilities.
  • Perform and/or oversee detailed quantity take-offs for civil, mechanical, and process systems.
  • Develop accurate cost estimates including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor pricing.
  • Lead subcontractor and supplier outreach, pre-bid meetings, and quote evaluations.
  • Collaborate with project managers and executives to assess risk, build bid strategies, and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Prepare and present final bids and proposals with precision, clarity, and strategic insight.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of construction estimating experience with a focus on water/wastewater treatment and/or heavy civil infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to lead complex estimates from start to finish, including design-build and CMAR delivery methods.
  • In-depth knowledge of water process systems, civil sitework, and mechanical systems specific to treatment facilities.
  • Proficiency in estimating software, Microsoft Excel, and digital plan tools.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a commitment to accuracy and detail.
  • Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to coordinate across departments and lead external conversations.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive mindset — anticipating challenges and solving problems before they impact the bid.


Pay Range: $85,000-110,000

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Job Description

The Virtual Sales Representative (VSR) will be responsible for marketing and selling CARDAMYST via teleconference and/or telephone to targeted health care offices and providers, in close partnership with aligned field representatives. They will deliver impactful core selling messages and educational materials as part of their remote engagements, reinforcing in-person efforts and expanding overall reach. VSRs will need to be flexible regarding job responsibilities as they will include a variety of strategic tasks: amplifying call frequency with high-priority targets, triaging and qualifying targeted HCPs, supporting large geographic territories, and engaging aligned sales team micro-focus practitioners. The VSR will create positive, coordinated virtual selling interactions that drive awareness, adoption, and market growth for CARDAMYST. Additionally, they will possess excellent customer service skills and polished marketing and sales acumen to cultivate current office targets and develop new healthcare provider relationships within those offices. These skill sets will also be critical in educating on the clinical profile and first-in-class value of assigned products, addressing questions and concerns, and identifying signals of adoption. Furthermore, they will demonstrate the ability to learn complex medical topics, industry compliance guidelines, patient assistance programs, and navigate pharmacy and insurance landscapes to support account needs.

  • Coordinate regularly with field-based counterparts to ensure seamless execution of customer interactions and scheduling as appropriate.
  • Complete tasks and participate in projects as assigned by the field based Regional Sales Manager, as needed.
  • Provide actionable insights and feedback to field partners and team leadership regarding account sentiment, adoption signals, and opportunities for increased engagement.
  • Comply with all company, PDMA, compliance, and regulatory policies and guidelines.
  • Work independently from a remote home office while collaborating cross-functionally in a coordinated territory model.

Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
