As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you’ll work 1-on-1 with your clients inside their homes, and support them with the following types of activities:
- Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry and basic cleaning
- Personal activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and assisting with meals
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of the client.
- Use of special equipment (i.e. Hoyer Lift)
- Taking temperature, pulse, and respiration as directed.
- Routine or delegated nursing tasks (i.e. taking temp, pulse, respiration, collect stool or urine specimens, reinforce dressings, empty urinary or ostomy bags etc.)
Eligibility Requirements:
- Valid HHA Certificate
- Valid ID
- Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training
Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements. Compensation, benefits, time off and bonuses vary by state and location, so please ask for complete details at your interview.
*$500 sign-on bonus is valid for new applicants in select New York locations only. Eligible locations include Suffolk County, Nassau County, Westchester County, Orange County, Rockland County, Far Rockaway, Coney Island, Seagate, and Starrett City.
This bonus is available to caregivers who start employment on or after February 1, 2026.
The sign-on bonus is paid in one installment of $500 after the caregiver has completed 500 worked hours. The caregiver must be actively employed and in good standing at the time of bonus payout and may not be on any form of disciplinary action. The required 500 worked hours must be completed by the one-year anniversary of the caregiver’s start date to be eligible for the bonus. Bonuses will be paid within 30 days of meeting all eligibility requirements.
New caregivers, as well as previous caregivers who have not worked for Help at Home within one year prior to their start date, are eligible for the bonus. Caregivers transferring from another Help at Home location, entity, or organization within the Help at Home portfolio of companies are not eligible to receive the bonus.

The Lead Consultant’s time will be spent taking customer orders; coordinating store activities; providing pricing information; recommending the appropriate FedEx Office products and services; producing complex orders; operating equipment that requires advanced operational knowledge and expertise; managing, monitoring and facilitating all production processes.

Responsibilities: 1.
Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of healthcare transactions and regulatory matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, affiliations, and other strategic alliances.

Draft, negotiate, and interpret complex healthcare contracts and agreements.
3.
Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare laws, regulations, and standards.
4.
Represent clients in regulatory investigations and enforcement actions.
5.
Conduct due diligence reviews and risk assessments.

Develop and implement effective legal strategies to protect clients' interests and achieve their business objectives.
7.

Qualifications: 1.
J.D.
from an ABA-accredited law school 2.
Admission to the New York State Bar 3.
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in healthcare transactions and regulatory law with a portable book of business of $250,000+ 4.
Demonstrated expertise in federal and state healthcare laws and regulations, including the Affordable Care Act (ACA), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Anti-Kickback Statute, corporate practice of medicine, licensure, and reimbursement.

Proven track record of successfully handling complex healthcare transactions and regulatory matters.
6.
Excellent legal research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
7.
Experience advising on payer audits and credentialing matters 8.
Ability to lead and supervise attorneys and support staff 9.
Exceptional interpersonal and client service skills.
10.
Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
11.
Willingness to stay updated with the latest developments in healthcare law and policy.
