Job Summary:
  • This role supports the day-to-day production and operational management of prepaid airtime cards and related collateral materials.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Airtime Card Production and Operations (Primary Responsibility):
  • Support the production of prepaid airtime cards and related collateral materials.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to manage production schedules and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain and update production trackers, schedules, and documentation.
  • Ensure products are produced according to approved specifications and quality standards.
  • Assist with resolving production or delivery issues by escalating and coordinating with appropriate stakeholders.
Administrative and Operational Support:
  • Create and maintain purchase orders (POs) related to airtime card production.
  • Review, process, and track vendor invoices; support resolution of invoice discrepancies.
