We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Attorney with at least 5 years of experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in commercial litigation, construction defect cases, and first-party property claims.
This role requires excellent analytical, research, and advocacy skills, with a commitment to delivering superior client service.
Handle a caseload of complex commercial litigation, construction defect, and first-party property matters from inception to resolution.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and engage in discovery processes.
Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and court proceedings, including trial preparation and appearances.
Collaborate with clients to develop legal strategies tailored to their needs and goals.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Stay current on developments in relevant areas of law and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Assist in mentoring junior attorneys or staff as needed.
Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida and in good standing.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in commercial litigation, construction defect, and first-party property law.
Strong litigation experience, including motion practice, discovery, and depositions.
Trial experience is a significant plus.
Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
A proactive, client-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Job Details We are seeking a highly qualified, partner-level Trusts & Estates attorney with a minimum of 6 yearsβ experience.
Youβll support high-net-worth individuals and multinational families through comprehensive, sophisticated estate, income, partnership, tax, and succession planning.
Key Responsibilities Design & implement complex domestic and international estate plans, utilizing wills, trusts, and other vehicles.
Advise on income, partnership, corporate, and personal planning strategies for high net-worth clients.
Analyze and optimize transfer-tax issues including gift, estate, and generation-skipping taxes.
Develop philanthropic planning, including public charities and private foundations.
Conduct financial modeling to present tax and planning scenarios.
