Client is looking for an Ophthalmic surgeon who specializes in Cataract and Glaucoma
MUST HAVE GLAUCOMA SURGERY EXPERIENCE
Employee only in this private practice group
New doc will be taking over practice of a senior partner with a large practice. You will not have to build up practice from zero, patients are waiting for you!
$300k base plus incentive of 30% on anything over 1 million in production
5 day work week
client has in house ambulatory surgical center
Call is handled by a technician after hours and when it's your month to be on call, it's just light phone call as needed
work 8-5 pm
see 25-40 patients per day
Client covers health insurance, malpractice and CME
Join a well-established gynecology-only practice with an established and growing referral base. Your schedule will be a flexible 4.5-day workweek with blocked surgery time for majors and minors. Candidates must be comfortable overseeing a PA/NP, robotically trained is a plus.
This partnership-track opportunity has a competitive base salary with production incentive. You will also be offered medical benefits, vacation/holidays, relocation assistance, CME.

Must be comfortable with a more Geriatric patient base. Most of the patients are 71 years old and up
Client wants docs who know they will be busy but also "patient" and caring with the patients, giving them personal attention
Client uses EMR, will help train but you will be using EMR daily
Group has very little turnover. Longevity is normal for this group!
