The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the delivery of products to customers in a safe and timely manner. They will be in charge of loading and unloading goods from vehicles and verifying the quantities of goods received and dispatched. The successful candidate will also manage the warehouse and keep track of inventories. This involves organizing and storing products, as well as quality control and regular auditing.
They must adhere to all safety protocols and conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure the safe operation of their assigned vehicle.
- Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandise
- Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards
- Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing request, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer. May also assist in counting of physical inventory
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat, Sweep and dust. Organizes warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
- Wear the proper safety equipment
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 yrs. previous warehouse experience preferred
- Good communication, organizational, time management mathematical skills
- Dependable and reliable
- Inventory, equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills may be required

- 4pm Summary of Role: The Shipping and Receiving Clerk handles incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring accurate inventory management, and supporting efficient project staging for the panel fabrication process.
Key Responsibilities: β’ Unload and receive materials via Small Package, LTL, and TL shipments β’ Match quantity and part numbers to packing lists and purchase orders β’ Locate material to project staging cart and check off of BOM β’ Date stamp and initial packing list for transfer to Admin β’ Process staging cart paperwork for setup β’ Appropriately pack materials for shipping with weight and dimensions β’ Request Bills of Lading (BOL) from Admin and provide appropriate information β’ Match shipping documents to package for pickup Skills & Proficiencies: β’ Material handling and shipping/receiving procedures β’ Inventory management β’ Document processing and recordkeeping β’ Organizational skills β’ Attention to detail β’ Basic computer skills β’ Communication skills β’ Problem-solving abilities β’ Ability to work in a team environment Minimum Qualifications: β’ High school diploma or equivalent β’ Prior experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations preferred β’ Ability to read and understand packing lists, BOMs, and shipping documents β’ Basic computer proficiency β’ Ability to operate material handling equipment β’ Physical ability to handle packages and materials safely β’ Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team β’ Language Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, packing lists, BOMs, shipping labels, and procedure manuals.

Our Warehouse Operators are responsible for operating machinery to move materials around a facility for shipping, processing and receiving.
This might include unloading, scanning, moving, staging, loading, locating, picking, relocating, and stacking product.
Job Description Responsibilities: Catalogues, records, and organizes materials received at the warehouse; Arrange materials for order assembly Fulfills worksheets or tickets for customers by reading production schedules, order forms and requisitions Locates and gathers products for to move and distribute to production workers, assembly line, or to shipping areas Assembles, builds, wraps, sorts, and transports customer orders Operates hand truck, cart, doilies, forklift, order-picker, and walkie to transport items Maintain a clean and safe work area Required Experience: Ability to speak, read, and write English with proficiency.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.

The anticipated salary range for this position: $18.50
- $26.75 Hourly The actual salary will vary based on applicantβs location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.
Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
