Schedule:
This position is remote eligible for up to 40% of the time after a 90-day training period. Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm with one night per week 10:00am - 7:00pm. Must work one Saturday per month on a revolving schedule from 9:00am - 12:00pm. Must be flexible to meet current and future business needs.

Purpose:
This position is accountable to contact members that are delinquent or at risk of loss on their loans/accounts via multiple communication channels. A Loan Payment Solutions Representative must balance their communication skills, understand the proper financial practices and regulatory compliance requirements in order to recover outstanding debts and minimize the overall loss to ESL. This position also requires the ability to properly negotiate with each member and provide all solutions available. Multiple conversations and communication channels to each member might occur to make contact.
Accountabilities:
Member Experience and Financial Impact
- Contact all accounts assigned through the various communication channels, based on risk and loss levels to attempt collection resolution via issue identification, loss recognition, and problem resolution resulting in minimization of loss and maximization of return to ESL.
- Handle calls professionally, empathetically and effectively with the ability to de-escalate a situation when necessary.’
- Have a basic understanding of all loan/product types offered at ESL in order to answer general questions.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and recommend ad hoc solutions to the member with proper approval from appropriate designated team members.
- Review full scope of member relationship and recommend/refer to the proper outside partner when applicable.
- Identify potential problem/risk loss accounts and refer to their Senior LPS rep, Specialist or Supervisor for guidance/assistance, if needed.
- Analyze account histories to Identify and resolve payment discrepancies when necessary.
- Provide all requested documentation when applicable, to include payoff statements, transaction histories, and loan origination documents.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve complex cases.
- Maintain required departmental call averages as assigned.
Operational Excellence with Account Follow up
- Review and make changes to customer demographics, accept on-line payments, waive late fee- based on levels of authority, review extension requests and recommend them to Specialist/Supervisor for approval, as required.
- Complete all assigned workflow and checklist detail for each activity.
- Recommend to their Supervisor those accounts requiring repossession, charge-off, foreclosure or qualifying the member for restructure/workout possibilities.
Employee Experience
- Suggest/recommend alternate processes to their Supervisor to enhance overall departmental efficiencies.
- Cross train within the department to learn new tasks and support other areas as necessary.
- Attend training sessions, monthly team meetings, coaching development sessions, and other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
- Openly accepts feedback to improve performance.
- Consistent reliability and dependability in fulfilling job responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or high school equivalency diploma required
- Minimum of 2 years of collection, call center, or direct customer contact experience required
- Proficiency in PC usage and automated systems required
- Strong verbal and written communications skills required
- High Level of active listening skills required
- Good negotiation and time management skills required
- Outside of the box thinking
- Ability to multi task several different issues/accounts required
- Ability to work night and weekend hours dependent on departmental need required

Schedule:
This position works remotely with access to the ESL Corporate Headquarters located in Rochester, NY. Expectation to hold in-person meetings with clients in corporate office or branch locations as needed. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Must remain flexible to meet current and future business needs.
Pay:
Position pay is a $30,000 draw plus a tiered basis points incentive schedule to be discussed during interview. A transition pay package will be offered for an initial period of time.
Purpose of Position:
Accountable for development and maintenance of relationships outside of the credit union to increase mortgage volume. This position will take mortgage applications and assist members through the mortgage process. Works in conjunction with the Mortgage Team and third party stakeholders to ensure an expedient process.

Cultivate and develop relationships within the real estate community to increase volume of loan application within ESL policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 additional years of equivalent experience in mortgage lending/real estate/real estate secured lending. A combination of equivalent education and experience may be considered as a Mortgage Originator, or in lieu of the previous experience; successful completion of the Mortgage Sales Development program.
- Minimum 2 years mortgage origination/sales experience with demonstrated success meeting monthly goals or successful completion of Mortgage Origination/Sales Development Program plus 1 year of origination experience.
- Willingness and ability to develop trusting Realtor and Centers of Influence (COI) partnerships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong external sales and networking skills
- Detailed understanding of Government Sponsored Enterprise (GSE) requirements, Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and other real estate standards.
- Successfully registered as a Mortgage Loan Originator through ESL

Position Summary:
The Salesforce Product Owner will be responsible for leading the strategy, development, and optimization of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's Salesforce ecosystem to support fundraising, community member engagement, marketing, and operations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Vision and Strategy:
Own and maintain the Salesforce product roadmap in close collaboration with leadership, technology, functional leads, and end-users.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog, including enhancements, technical debt, defects, and platform maintenance to deliver key milestones on the roadmap.
Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, programs, finance, operations) to capture and translate business requirements into functional solutions.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
10+ years of experience in Salesforce, CRM, or enterprise system roles (e.g., Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Salesforce Manager).
3+ years of experience owning or leading a Salesforce platform, product, or major functional area.
Demonstrated experience with:
Salesforce product ownership or platform management
Backlog management and roadmap planning

System releases and change management
Data governance
Strong experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Purpose of Position:

Role Overview

The role reports to the New York Director of Operations and works closely with other hubs, including the Bronx warehouse (CDL driver operations).
