How you’ll make an impact in this roleLead the patient’s clinical journey by implementing and monitoring personalized care plans that prioritize safety, recovery, and high-quality outcomes.
Coordinate a multidisciplinary team of specialists to ensure every aspect of the patient's treatment is seamless, holistic, and well-communicated.
Advocate for patient health by vigilantly monitoring conditions and communicating critical changes to the medical team for immediate, proactive interventions.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
