Role Description

This is a contract role for a PTA (Hybrid: Outpatient + In-Home)

What You'll Do:

- Provide physical therapy treatments in both outpatient and home settings

- Assist with exercises, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training

- Document patient progress accurately in EMR

- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs

- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team (PT/OT/care team)
