Job Title: Regional Maintenance Manager

Job Purpose:

The Regional Maintenance Manager provides strategic leadership and multi-site oversight of maintenance operations across assigned facilities. This role ensures consistent execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs, drives equipment reliability, and upholds safety and compliance standards throughout the region. Responsible for leading Maintenance Managers and teams at various sites, the Regional Maintenance Manager optimizes resources, improves maintenance processes, and partners with regional leadership to support operational goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, direction, and operational oversight for maintenance teams across multiple facilities within the region.
  • Develop and monitor regional maintenance strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, safety standards, and operational needs.
  • Oversee planning, scheduling, and delegation of maintenance activities to ensure equipment uptime and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with HR and senior leadership to recommend and execute personnel actions, including hiring, development, promotions, and performance management for site-level maintenance teams.
  • Conduct performance evaluations of site maintenance leaders, provide coaching, and ensure adequate training programs are implemented across all locations.
  • Ensure all regional equipment, machinery, and facility systems are fully operational and compliant with OSHA, company policies, and all regulatory standards.
  • Oversee preventive maintenance programs and corrective repair initiatives, utilizing work order management systems (Service Channel or similar) to ensure consistency and accountability across sites.
  • Coordinate and approve maintenance projects, outside vendor work, and capital repairs throughout the region; verify completion, quality, and documentation.
  • Maintain regional maintenance records, inspections, repair logs, and asset tracking; generate and present operational reports to the General Manager and executive leadership.
  • Manage regional maintenance budgets, including procurement of supplies, spare parts, and equipment, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to company guidelines.
  • Champion safety initiatives and sanitation practices across all facilities, reinforcing a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for escalated facility emergencies, providing guidance and decision-making support during critical situations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven multi-site or large-facility maintenance leadership experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with extensive knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance programs, industrial equipment, and facility systems.
  • High proficiency in computer systems, WMS platforms, and work order management tools; ability to analyze data and produce actionable reports.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Some college coursework preferred; equivalent maintenance leadership experience in industrial or distribution settings will be considered.

Must be able to lead and motivate diverse, multi-site teams, make strong operational decisions independently, and communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

The role blends technical product expertise with customer-facing commercial responsibilities, working closely with sales teams, distributors, and engineering groups to grow the electronic sensor portfolio and support OEM customers implementing advanced electronic architectures in their machines.

The Practice Operations Coordinator works in collaboration with the Practice Operations leader on overseeing the daily operations of the practice ensuring the practice is operating efficiently by delivering quality standard of care and a positive patient experience outcome.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinates various operational and administrative tasks (e.g., WQs, cash management, etc.) as well as acts as a liaison between providers, practice employees, and Access Center POD team members, as necessary, to ensure the successful operation of the practice.

Supplements Practice Operations leader to provide onsite oversight of processes, workflow execution, employee collaboration and overall patient experience.

Identifies opportunities for improvement and actively supports continuous improvement activities spanning quality, patient satisfaction, patient access, etc.

In partnership with Practice Operations leader, ensures operational readiness for clinical and clerical operations (e.g., updating employee schedules; maintaining supply inventory, office equipment and furnishings; cleanliness; facilitating daily huddles, updating time management systems, etc.).

Serves as a point of escalation and facilitate resolution for operational, technological, patient, and appropriate personnel issues.

Supports new hire orientation and onboarding, provides ongoing training, coaching and timely performance feedback to employees, as appropriate.

Partners with Practice Operations leader to provide input into employees’ annual performance evaluations.

Supports education of staff and providers regarding operational, technology, procedural and policy changes.

Performs functional job duties of other practice roles within scope of qualifications as assigned.

The Medical Assistant, Practice Operations' primary responsibility is to assist in the delivery of healthcare support for the practice.

The Medical Assistant is a professional member of the interdisciplinary team and consistently demonstrates and promotes the values of the organization.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Conducts pre-visit planning by reviewing and updating the patient’s medical record prior to the appointment with recent test results and correspondence and determines needed services by conferring with the provider.

Completes pre-charting of all value-based pieces up to five days prior to patient’s appointment.

Sends messages to the Care Team, when warranted.

Responsible for preparing patients for examination and escorting them into the exam room.

Preparation includes the following: height, weight and vital signs; update medication list; update allergies in record; update personal, family and social history; inquire about smoking status; obtain the reason for the visit.

Assists in capturing demographic information.

Provides other patient care services as needed/directed: keeps exam rooms clean; maintains clinical supplies in exam rooms; cleans and autoclaves contaminated instruments; gives injections or immunizations within State guidelines.

Communicates and coordinates with providers or Care Team regarding hospital discharge, Emergency Department visits, consulting physicians, community resources, disease management, patient self-management, patient and/or family education on chronic conditions, and labs or other testing as well as specialist visits.

Actively participates in department activities; attends departmental meetings; actively participates as a team member in resolution of problems as they are identified; analyzes current procedures.

Responsible to dispose Bio-Hazardous waste and regular waste per practice protocol.

Maintains vaccine temperature logs, inventory and ordering of medical supplies (i.e.: vaccines, medications), disposing of expired sample medication, and stocking rooms to set par levels.

Performs other administrative tasks (e.g.

check-in and check-out functions, opening and closing office procedures, etc...) as needed.

Brings suggestions for improvement to the attention of Practice Managers and Providers for consideration.

Actively participates in maintaining and/or improving quality improvement initiatives.

Other related duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS: Requires sitting, standing and walking for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours at time).

Occasional requirement to lift up to 25 pounds.

Occasionally push wheelchairs with patients weighing up to 325 pounds.

EDUCATION: High School degree or equivalent required.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: One year of clinical experience OR graduate of Medical Assistant program required.

Two years of experience in similar healthcare setting is preferred.

Customer service experience is strongly preferred.

BLS/CPR: Current or within 60 days of hire; through the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
