The Surgery Technician supports surgeons and the related patient care of surgical cases. The surgery team is a dynamic group within an ER and Specialty Hospital that has a busy caseload of elective and emergency procedures. The Surgery Technician assists with various surgeries including soft tissue, orthopedic, laparoscopic, and other advanced surgeries.

Patient Care
- Basic animal care

- Record all drugs administered to patient, noting the dose, time, and route of administration
- Record monitored variables on a regular basis (every 5 minutes) during anesthesia

- Inspect the anesthesia machine, endotracheal tubes, and other anesthesia equipment before and after use assuring that the anesthetic machine and equipment are in proper working order

We are seeking a Warehouse Operator to support daily warehouse operations. This role performs hands-on warehouse work while helping guide associates, maintain workflow accuracy, and support safety and productivity standards. timeliness standards. You will work from your own home or office, and service onsite
survey/inspection assignments in the Staten Island, NY area, and other locations within
approximately 20 miles of Staten Island.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for scheduling on-site surveys and providing risk control reports to
insurance industry clients. These reports contain information necessary to underwrite a
commercial insurance policy and may include recommendations to control and/or correct
potential loss producing conditions associated with that policy. You will be expected to
manage assignments you accept, successfully secure customer appointments within a
local territory and complete work assignments on time.
Our Risk Control Inspectors evaluate businesses behind the scenes to identify hazards and
improve safety, mitigating risks for our insurance company clients. The type of businesses
we survey are commercial operations, including retail, restaurants, hotels, apartments,
construction jobsites, churches, schools, etc. Most surveys are focused on assessing the
business for Property and General Liability coverage, but we also service other commercial
insurance lines of business including Workers Compensation, Auto/Fleet, Products Liability,
Inland Marine and Builders Risk.
Qualifications
Preferred experience in commercial insurance, real estate, inspection, construction, claim,
loss control, underwriting, and/or fire and safety experience is a plus, but all interested

The Production Operations Manager is responsible for leading and owning all production operations, including new construction and roof replacement installations. This role oversees execution from pre-construction handoff through final project closeout, ensuring every project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This leader will oversee field operations, drive accountability, streamline processes, and build the infrastructure needed to support a growing commercial roofing organization. The ideal candidate combines strong project management experience with operational leadership capability and is ready to help shape and scale a production department.
This position sits on the leadership team and plays a critical role in improving efficiency, profitability, team development, and customer satisfaction across all production activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all production operations, including new construction and roof replacement projects
- Own project execution from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget performance
- Provide strong leadership and accountability across supervisors and field crews
- Build and develop the production department through hiring, training, and process implementation
- Manage budgets, control costs, and protect overall project profitability
- Oversee procurement of materials, subcontractors, labor, equipment, and other resources in alignment with project estimates
- Manage project scheduling, site logistics, RFIs, and change orders
- Partner with safety leadership to ensure compliance and foster a strong safety culture
- Maintain clear communication and coordination with internal teams, vendors, and customers
- Ensure successful project closeout, customer satisfaction, and delivery of manufacturer warranties
