Job Description:

Mandatory to have working experience as SRE manager especially in Retail domain application support ( NOT CLOUD /DevOps)

Must have working knowledge on SRE principles such as Logs, metrics, availability metrics, uptime, ticket tracking, e-com services, ITIL framework specifically on Alerts, Incident, change management, CAB, Production deployments, Risk and mitigation plan, SLA, SLI, SLO

Hands on experience in Monitoring, Logging, Alerting, Dashboarding, and report generation in any observability tools Prefer DataDog or other tools such as Splunk/Dynatrace/ELK/Grafana). This engagement is a customer using Dynatrace,Splunk, PagerDuty hence it is good to have this expertise

Mandatory to have work experience in leading Level 2/Level 3 application support team based out of IND who provide 24x7 coverage.

Should know how to gather & communicate SRE requirement from customers and define SRE roadmap.

Working experience on how to gather requirements on health of applications, services to monitor, setting service levels.

Must have good knowledge on eCommerce platforms in microservice architecture, Sterling OMS , Retail Applications like XStore.

Should be able to lead P1 calls, brief about the P1 to customer, proactive in gathering leads/ customers into the P1 calls till RCA, PIR etc.

Should have knowledge on building process , framework by following ITSM principles, SOP, runbooks, handling any ITSM platforms (JIRA/ServiceNow/BMC Remedy)

Must know how to work with the Dev team, cross functional teams.

Should be able to generate WSR/MSR by extracting the tickets from ITSM platforms, present to customers and client leaders.

Manage overall SRE delivery, customer focus mindset , closely work with customer leaderships.

Position Purpose: Contractors' Warehouse Customer Service/Sales associates provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance.

These associates learn about products using our tools, and provide information to customers in order to sell an entire project.

Associates in this position will learn how to greet, qualify, recommend and close every customer in their department, and know how to handle basics in adjacent departments.

Customer Service/Sales associates maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, and ensure it is clean, shop-able, and safe.

Each associate has the responsibility of providing a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies & standards, completing specified safety training, immediately correcting hazards & unsafe conditions or reporting conditions to the Manager on Duty, and working safely as not to endanger themselves, co-workers, vendors, or customers.

These associates work in cooperation with their Department Supervisor and other associates in their department as well as other departments.

• Drivers will make between $1300 to $1900 weekly based on hours typically.

• Drivers will operate At-Home Daily Routes.
  
• Drivers will be delivering refrigerated goods to local and regional Sprouts stores.
  
• This position is primarily No Touch Freight. There are a few locations that may require unloading with the help of a pallet jack.
  
• Shifts typically begin between 10PM-2AM daily. 5 days on 2 days off. Monday Thru Friday.
  
• Shifts will run between 8 and 10 hours daily. Opportunity to work upwards of 50 hours weekly depending on operational needs.

• Minimum of 12 months of verifiable Class A truck driving experience within the last 3 years

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides basic leadership skills for assigned patients, collaborates with other departments and begins process of proactive thinking when implementing the plan of care. Serves as mentor to the staff nurse and ancillary personnel; receives mentoring from Staff Nurse II and III; and Patient Care Coordinator.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Minimum of one year experience required. Verification of course completion in accordance with all American Heart Association Basic Cardiac Life Support and Health Care Provider guidelines is required. BSN highly preferred.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

Current license from the Board of Nurse Examiners of the State of Texas to practice as a registered nurse is required. Must have a current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider or AHA BLS Instructor Provider card.

Counsels and assists patients and their families with personal and environmental difficulties which predispose illness or hinder the patient from receiving maximum benefits from medical care.

Acts as a therapeutic agent as a member of multi-disciplinary health and mental health teams.

Master's degree in Social Work from a school accredited by the Council on Social Work Education is required.

One year's post master's degree experience in a health care setting is preferred.

Current state licensure from the Texas Department of Human Services is required.

Provides direct and indirect nursing care to patients in the Ambulatory setting in accordance with UH policies and standards.

Supports and promotes University Health values to ensure patient/guest relations.

Performs the nursing process in a safe therapeutic manner in a designated clinic setting.

Maintains, facilitates and promotes department policies and standards.

At least one year experience in direct patient care is preferred.

Current American Heart Association, Basic Cardiac Life Support and Healthcare Provider card required.

ACLS certification may be required based on site location.

Various certifications may be required based on location site.

Must possess a current license to practice Vocational Nursing in the State of Texas.

Provides skilled direct patient care (dialysis) and monitoring of renal dialysis patients.

Operates all renal dialysis equipment and recognizes changes in the renal patient's condition while on dialysis.

Administers medications and access hemodialysis catheters for the patient care techs as assigned.

Three years recent experience in general patient care and successful completion of 3 months probation period is required.

Verification of course completion in accordance with all American Heart Association Basic Cardiac Life Support and Health Care Provider guidelines is required.
