While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam table and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers. Kitchens are hot and noise levels are usually high; storage space is limited and shelving is high. Pay Range: $23 per hour - $26 per hour

Required Qualifications

Position Purpose:
All drivers run daily routes with frequent stops and are required to load packages onto hand trucks and unload product at each stop on the assigned route in the order they are designated by the Transportation Department Manager. Candidate will operate successfully in a cross dock model picking up loaded truck from a nightly delivery at f the assigned loading dock and returning the empty truck back to the assigned lot at the end of the route. May be required to assist occasionally with loading trucks, palletizing product, and performing other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
Primary Responsibilities:
Runs routes efficiently, meeting or exceeding designated route times
Unload product from trailer, by hand or using hand cart, and place in designated customer storage areas. May include transporting product down ramps, stairs, or docks, in all weather conditions.
Frequently lift, push, or move product that weighs 1-75 pounds, up to 100 pounds; frequently reach up to 72 to stack and unstack pallets and hand cart; constantly bend and twist while loading and unloading product, and retrieving items from trailer.
Verify delivery of items with customer and obtain proper signatures. Contact management for authorization when discrepancies on invoice and communicate all errors/returns. Calls in when customer does not receive their entire order (shorts)

Scheduled shifts run 14/14 and service day or night trips. Responsibilities:
- Pilot will work with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities.
- Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches as described in the appropriate manuals, including all FAR and company requirements, and aircraft cleanliness duties.
- Maintain accurate company and regulatory documentation and record keeping for shifts, load manifests, etc.

Job Title: Litigation Attorney (Civil Defense, Complex Litigation)
Confidential, established law firm in Honolulu is hiring a Litigation Attorney to support and lead defense-side civil litigation matters. This role is ideal for an attorney who is sharp on court rules and deadlines, strong in writing and motion practice, and comfortable representing sophisticated clients in high-exposure cases.
What You'll Do
- Manage and support civil defense litigation matters from intake through resolution
- Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and related correspondence
- Handle state and federal e-filing, track deadlines, and maintain litigation calendars
- Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
- Support case strategy, risk assessment, and client communication
- Organize case files and collaborate with internal team members on document production and discovery responses
- Maintain accurate time entries and support billing processes on complex matters
Must-Haves
- 5+ years of litigation experience as an attorney (civil litigation)
- Defense-side experience representing clients in contested matters
- Strong knowledge of court rules, procedures, and filing requirements
- Excellent legal writing, grammar, proofreading, and formatting skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High professionalism, discretion, and strong client presence
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Experience working on larger, high-value litigation matters (including substantial billing exposure)
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in both state and federal court litigation
- Trial prep experience (exhibits, witnesses, experts, and pretrial organization)
