As a Transactional Business Attorney in this management position, you will play a pivotal role in the continued growth of the firm's transactional practice. Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, NDAs, service agreements, licensing deals, and partnership contracts.
  • Advise internal stakeholders and clients on legal risks and business terms related to corporate transactions.
  • Lead and support M&A activities including due diligence, deal structuring, and post-closing integration.

  • Manage, mentor, and supervise junior attorneys and paralegals within the transactional group.

Qualifications:
