Responsibilities
- Hunting and bringing in new business while overseeing high level existing book of business
- Cold calling, emailing and qualifying clients that fit into our network
- Lead generation from google, hoovers and zoom info to gain market share
- The face of the account, steps in for higher level escalations, does not execute day to day tasks
- Quarterly business reviews for high level objectives with senior level management for the clients
- Monthly or weekly continuous improvement calls and strategy with both the account management team and client
- Provides direction and management their direct reports, KPIs guidance and daily operational tasks checklist for their book of business
- Real time coaching moments for operations, quoting and communication to clients
- Coaches their operational team for the daily tasks and execution of account management
Expectations
- Maintain a minimum of 25 outbound calls daily
- Maintain a minimum acceptable load count, monthly GP, and monthly CRM activities as set by management
- Exemplify Circleβs commitment to βNo Fail Serviceβ by reducing preventable bouncing, giving loads back, etc.
- Achieve daily goal accomplishments as set by management while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity

Accountant and Accounting Manager.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Download daily bank activity and maintain e-files Reconcile multiple bank accounts on a monthly basis Maintain daily cash activity sheets including accurate account coding and classifications Maintain hard and electronic copies of monthly bank statements Maintain journal entry binders, log and e-files Enter journal entries for reconciliations, cash management and reporting Collaborate with revenue cycle department to reconcile daily cash applications to general ledger Update grant worksheets and reconcile monthly to general ledger Maintain grant documentation including vouchers, earnings reports, invoices, etc.
Assist with annual regulatory filings using applicable systems Reconcile prepaid and fixed asset accounts; maintain worksheets; record depreciation expense Assist with month end and year-end closings; physical inventory; regulatory and annual audits Support the year-end financial audit, regulatory reviews and tax preparation process Assist with preparing regulatory reports for Medicaid, Medicare, Grants and other Programs.

What You'll Do
