Avantor is seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Engineering Technician to be responsible for activities relating to the daily production engineering release process for single use products.

This includes: generation of production protocols, process and quality improvement, production flow and standard work development, process definition, and documentation. This person will also ensure the assembly meets the performance criteria required by the customer.

This is a full-time position that will be based out of our Devens, MA office and will work closely with the operations, quality, and design engineering teams.

What we're looking for:

• Education:
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent degree with experience in technical writing.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of direct floor support experience or assembly experience desired.
• Additional Qualifications:
• Familiarity with operating in an ISO-9000, cGMP and Lean Manufacturing environment preferred.
• Computer literacy is required. (MS Word, Excel & PP)
• Familiarity with FDA documentation preferred.
• Ability to define and develop single piece flow production methods in support of single use sterile assemblies.
• Ability to read and work with technical drawings and translate into documents for production use.

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.

• The base salary range for this role in Atlanta is $121,000.00 - $147,700.00 

This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.

In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 16% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.

Naval Power is seeking a highly motivated Production Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) for the SPY-6 Array production program’s Array Build, Integration & Testing. This position reports to the SPY-6 Production Array Program Manager and leads the execution efforts of the recurring production sell-off.  This lead will be responsible for ensuring that equipment delivery commitments are made on time and within budget, focusing on Array Build Integration & Testing, and RHS assembly builds, including Mechanical Structures & RMA Chassis material. They are responsible for removing barriers and defining solutions that support the Production IPT and program.

As an Control Account Manager, you’ll be assigned to one or more LTAMDS programs and will be responsible for providing innovative and trusted solutions that optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the Land and Air Defense products and services over their life cycle. As a Deployment Fielding and Sustainment (DFS) CAM, the successful candidate will support the DFS program Leads, LTAMDS Program Control Account Managers, and Program leads in the successful completion of monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) inputs, reporting and analysis, monthly Budget Change Requests (BCRs), facilitate EAC and LRE inputs, and demonstrate the ability to perform meaningful analysis and effective communication to drive predictable results. The role focuses on driving cost control and schedule using APEX/SAP EV, IMS, and PMX management reporting tools. The Ground & Maritime Defense Radar Software Department is seeking a Software Integration Lead for the SPY-6 Family of Radars Product Integration Team.
