We are hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide overall Behavior Supports to the clients and staff in our Enhanced Supervision Group Homes and Day Services.

The BCBA will have 9 adult clients on their caseload and supervise the RBTs in each home.

The group home program is through a state contract that does Not require billable hours.

This position is full time with hybrid capabilities to have work from home days for documentation.

Provide direct monitoring, assessment, intervention, and staff training including behavioral supports, proactive strategies, triggers, staff interventions, replacement behaviors, etc.

Maintain system for collecting objective data regarding the skills and needs of clients served.

Maintain system for collecting program specific information including key data points.

Complete functional assessments annually and as needed.

Develop BSP’s that meet DDDS standards and become involved with DE’s PROBIS System (Peer Review of Behavior Intervention Strategies Committee) Seek input and maintain effective communication with PCP team and supervisor.

Modify BSP annually as needed and create simple one-page summary of BSP.

Attend and present all BSP changes to DDDS for approval as needed.

Attend all agency, departmental and client specific meetings as directed.

Attend client psychiatric appointments and inpatient psychiatric discharge meetings.

Conduct departmental training as directed.

Maintain client confidentiality.

Must report any suspected abuse, neglect or exploitation to supervisor or department head.

Ensure the health and safety of clients we serve.

Oversee and develop the RBT program for DE staff, provide ongoing CEU’s for them, assist them in passing certification as needed, provide oversight per regulatory expectations.

Complete and develop ongoing competency evaluations for staff, including fidelity checks.

Develop the Benchmark Human Services Behavioral Support Services to expand to the greater DD population of Delaware or other needs identified For a full and complete list, please contact HR Qualifications: Masters’ degree in related field.
