Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain organized records and documentation within internal management systems, ensuring completeness and accessibility.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients or stakeholders, delivering updates, gathering information, and communicating next steps in a professional manner.
  • Collect, review, and summarize detailed records and supporting materials related to claims, transactions, or project outcomes.
  • Coordinate schedules and logistics for meetings, evaluations, and other critical events.
  • Prepare materials and documentation needed for presentations, negotiations, or formal proceedings.
  • Ensure timely submission of required documents in accordance with applicable guidelines, deadlines, and procedural standards.
  • Conduct research and utilize specialized tools or databases to support ongoing work and decision-making.
  • Accurately input and maintain data across internal systems to ensure up-to-date records.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a support role within a professional services environment required; experience in a litigation, claims, or case-driven setting preferred.
  • Strong writing, editing, and document preparation skills with close attention to detail.
  • Experience reviewing and summarizing complex records or documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with digital management systems, document tracking tools, and electronic filing processes.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Research skills using a variety of tools and resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Administrative or executive support experience is a plus.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality.
