Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, review, and summarize detailed records and supporting materials related to claims, transactions, or project outcomes.
- Coordinate schedules and logistics for meetings, evaluations, and other critical events.
- Prepare materials and documentation needed for presentations, negotiations, or formal proceedings.
- Ensure timely submission of required documents in accordance with applicable guidelines, deadlines, and procedural standards.
- Conduct research and utilize specialized tools or databases to support ongoing work and decision-making.
- Accurately input and maintain data across internal systems to ensure up-to-date records.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a support role within a professional services environment required; experience in a litigation, claims, or case-driven setting preferred.
- Strong writing, editing, and document preparation skills with close attention to detail.
- Experience reviewing and summarizing complex records or documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with digital management systems, document tracking tools, and electronic filing processes.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Research skills using a variety of tools and resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Administrative or executive support experience is a plus.
