Summary of Position
Teladoc Health is seeking an experienced Cyber Incident Response Lead to spearhead our organization's efforts in responding to cybersecurity incidents.This role will lead complex incident investigations, coordinate cross-functional response efforts during security events, drive containment/eradication/recovery activities, and continuously improve the incident response program. This position combines hands-on technical response leadership with strategic oversight, stakeholder communication (including executive-level), and mentorship of analysts/engineers. You will serve as a key escalation point for high-severity incidents and help shape the organization's resilience against evolving threats (ransomware, supply-chain attacks, nation-state actors, etc.).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
You will lead end-to-end incident response activities, from initial triage and containment through eradication, recovery, and post-incident review. You'll develop and continuously improve incident response playbooks, runbooks, and standard operating procedures, ensuring the team is prepared for a wide range of threat scenarios. During active incidents, you'll serve as the primary point of coordination between technical teams, senior leadership, legal, and communications stakeholders.Beyond incident management, you'll conduct threat hunting exercises and proactive analysis to identify indicators of compromise before they escalate. You'll mentor and develop junior analysts, conduct tabletop exercises and simulations, and track lessons learned to drive meaningful improvements to our security posture. Summary of Position
The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Program Lead is responsible for supporting the coordination, execution, and continuous improvement of the organization's enterprise IAM program. Execute on a comprehensive enterprise IAM program and multiyear roadmap aligned to organizational goals.

Qualifications Expected for Position
Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in the Identity Security or IAM domain.
Handson experience across IAM and PAM platforms, including Privileged Access Management tools and Identity Governance & Administration solutions such as SailPoint.
Strong understanding of Active Directory / Entra ID, MFA processes, SSO, identity federation, and IAM authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, Kerberos).

- Prepare/review domestic and foreign quarterly and annual tax provision along with SEC disclosures under US GAAP and ASC 740
- Monitor worldwide tax legislation and accounting guidance to ensure proper tax reporting

Responsibilities:
- Manage complex Outlook calendars for executives and meeting rooms, ensuring scheduling accuracy and alignment with leadership priorities
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries
- Prepare and submit expense reports for senior leadership in a timely and accurate manner
- Greet and direct visitors, answer incoming calls, and sign for deliveries during business hours
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the front office and shared office spaces
- Monitor office and breakroom supplies, maintain inventory, and submit purchase requests when necessary
- Plan and coordinate company meetings, events, and social gatherings including reservations, materials, and logistics
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure accurate record keeping
- Monitor office expenses and assist with the management of office contracts such as rent and service agreements
- Assist with vendor relationship coordination and general administrative support across departments
- Support internal communications and distribute company-wide correspondence when needed
- Assist with special projects including software implementation support, Salesforce administration assistance, and proposal preparation
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Business or related field required; Bachelorβs degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in executive support, office administration, or office management
- Proven experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems or accounting software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills

Customers rely on us to make their jobs easier by providing clear, reliable information, supporting accurate and timely order management, including the handling of international orders and shipping, and delivering thoughtful, white-glove support. This is not a sales position and does not include sales quotasβyou are our best sales tool, representing Ultrafabrics through expertise, responsiveness, and strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level customer support for assigned accounts, delivering consistent and professional white-glove experience
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, including order entry, delivery updates, and follow-through
- Provide shipment tracking and proactively address service-related issues in a timely and solutions-oriented manner
- Communicate effectively with customers, sales representatives, and internal teams via phone and email
- Monitor email inquiries throughout the day to ensure prompt, accurate responses
- Manage inbound and outbound phone communications related to order status, stock availability, and issue resolution
- Work closely with shipping and purchasing teams to support smooth execution and on-time delivery
- Resolve customer complaints, discrepancies, or errors with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail
- Participate in team meetings and support a collaborative, accountable team environment

Qualifications
- Experience in the textile or materials industry
- Strong understanding of customer service operations, order management, and logistics workflows
