We are currently looking for a High Volume Catering Sous Chef to assist our team in NY! We are entering our busy season and are looking for strong leaders for our kitchen!

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Culinary production: ensure all food is prepared and presented to meet quality and aesthetic standards
• Assist with events and ensure the client's needs are being met, from planning to execution
• Manage culinary team: training, delegating, mentoring and development
• Ability to multi-task, overseeing multiple events and execution
• Assist with other duties such as inventory, scheduling, etc

Background & Skills:

• At least 2+ yrs in a management role
• Must have experience in high-volume catering
• Must have the personality to be guest-facing, professional and knowledgeable on all products
