As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to ensuring the successful completion of projects. You will work closely with clients, architects, subcontractors, and our team of skilled construction professionals to achieve project goals.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and overseeing all phases of commercial construction projects.

- Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, codes, and regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software, Procore, Revu BlueBeam, and MS Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, cleaning, inspecting, storing, and distributing donated medical equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through use of WMS system
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, safe, and clean
- Improve policies and procedures to increase efficiency and consistency
Training & People Support
- Help create a welcoming, mission-driven environment for volunteers and customers
- Deliver onboarding and safety training for all staff and volunteers in the warehouse
- Serve as a point of contact for questions related to inventory and warehouse issues
- Maintain policies and procedures and provide coaching or retraining as needed
General Support
- Work with leadership to identify operational needs and improvements
- Assist with scheduling or coordinating volunteers as needed
- Support special projects related to warehouse growth and expansion
Additional Duties
- Serve as delivery driver for order fulfillment if and when necessary
- At times, employee may be required to perform additional duties beyond those identified above
Qualifications
Required
- Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field
- Experience with providing training, guidance, and supervisory support of staff and volunteers
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift, move, and/or handle medical equipment weighing over 100 lbs
- Kindness, patience and understanding, as our clients include those who are struggling with illness, injury, or extended medical complications
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare, rehab, therapy, or assisting vulnerable populations
- Class B license preferred

Compensation
Salary: $55,000 per annum

- Set up and operate total stations, GPS/GNSS equipment, levels, drones, and other surveying instruments in a fashion consistent with accepted rules and practices.
- Assist in construction layout and data collection
- Assist in topographic, boundary and site survey tasks.
- Assist in boundary document research at courthouses.
- Maintain detailed and accurate field notes.
- Perform basic calculations from field note data, and read, interpret and use topographic maps and design drawings

- Download and process raw data from field instruments
- Perform other duties as needed
Required Qualifications

Compensation:
$30/hr to $35/hr.

Job Summary

Provides technical support to healthcare professionals as needed. Documents resident interactions as needed and the outcomes related to resident care, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary. Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with resident, health care providers, and the public. Ability to work effectively with professional and supportive personnel as a member of an interdisciplinary care team. Ability to communicate clearly and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Counsels residents, family members and/or resident advocate, under the direction of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider or physician on prevention and treatment plans. Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
If position requires IV therapy/management skills, the following is required in North Dakota: graduation from a Board approved AASPN program where IV therapy is part of the curriculum or completion of an IV Therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing.
Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span as part of the curriculum or have had a minimum of 400 hours of experience as LPN at another facility. Specific services/positions may have additional education, training or experience requirements.
Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications. Completes required annual continuing education units (CEU) and competency training requirements of the department and facility.
