This role offers hands-on exposure across a diverse insurance defense litigation docket, meaningful courtroom experience, and direct collaboration with experienced trial attorneys.

We are moving efficiently and can take someone from first conversation to decision within approximately two weeks.

Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 30–40 active litigation files
• Handle personal injury, premises liability, products liability, general liability, and civil claims
• Appear in Virginia State and Federal Court
• Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Participate in trial preparation and strategy
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and claims professionals

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Virginia Bar admission
• 1–5 years of litigation experience (open to more senior candidates)
• Insurance defense experience preferred
• Strong writing and motion practice skills
• Deposition experience preferred
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a busy docket independently

Compensation

• Base salary range: $95,000 – $135,000 plus performance-based bonuses.
• Annual incentives available above 1,850 billable hours.

We are currently seeking an experienced Psychiatric and Substance Abuse Physician Assistant to perform initial and follow-up medication management assessments for clients who suffer from Psychiatric and/or Addictive symptoms. The Physician Assistant shall recommend and prescribe psychiatric and detox medications, when appropriate to clients through Tele Services and/or through direct face to face contact in an outpatient setting.
