MHS is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing daily supervision and mentorship
- Managing household routines and student schedules

Responsibilities Pick materials per picking schedule and work order pick sheets Complete inventory control paperwork (Back Order Sheets, ABOM records, Cycle Counts) Use RF Gun for picking and tracking Count materials as specified for daily cycle counts Process returns to the stockroom accurately Maintain a clean and organized workspace Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Strong math, reading, and language skills Attention to detail and ability to execute tasks safely and accurately Basic computer knowledge Work Environment Warehouse is not climate controlled; cooling gear, hydration, and extra breaks are available when needed Will climb ladders and work off elevated surfaces occasionally Fast-paced, frequently loud environment Position requires standing/walking for approximately 40% of each shift Schedule Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm 7:30 am – 4:00 pm 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (30-minute lunch and scheduled breaks included) You will be required to provide references.
