We’re Hiring: Construction Manager (Level 4) – Onsite | Atlanta, GA

Are you a seasoned construction leader with a track record of delivering large‑scale, high‑visibility projects? We’re looking for an experienced Construction Manager to drive multiple mission‑critical data center projects at our Atlanta campus. This is a fully onsite, high‑impact role where you’ll partner closely with internal stakeholders, general contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure seamless execution from start to finish.

What You’ll Own

• Lead all phases of construction — from preconstruction through turnover

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and safety programs with accuracy and discipline

• Oversee GC/Contractor OAC meetings, logistics planning, procurement, and compliance

• Perform regular site walks to verify progress, quality, and safety adherence

What You Bring

• 8–10+ years of construction management experience

• Strong background in data center construction

• Hands‑on experience managing contracts and lease‑driven compliance requirements

• Proven ability to track schedules, monitor milestones, and align cross‑functional teams

• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills

• Proficiency with Project, Procore, Visio, Outlook, and Teams
