Documented interventions are related to planning of care. Interventions reflect the standard of care for patient condition/diagnosis. Interventions include utilizing agency and community resources. Performs therapy interventions consistent with home care protocols. Interventions reflect knowledge of standard home care supplies and equipment used inpatient care.Independently organizes patient assignments for completion of tasks within acceptable time frames. Seeks assistance from PT III Rehab Care Manager or supervisor regarding complex patient problems. Maintains necessary clinical records collects data and prepares reports on activities. Submits completed admission records within 48 hours and daily records within 24 hours with a Ninety-five percent accuracy on technical audit. Recertification completed prior to recert date. Maintains caseload mix and productivity for acuity level of patients.Initiates and participates in regularly scheduled case conferences; includes all disciplines. Includes patient and family in mutual goal setting and care plan revision.Maintains effective working relationships with other departments and participates in multidisciplinary quality and service improvement teams. Participates in meetings and on committees and represents the department and agency in community outreach efforts. Enhances growth and development and enriches personal knowledge and skill through participation in educational programs and affiliations.Performs history and assessment related to episode of patient illness to determine the patient's habilitation/rehabilitation needs. Recommends adaptive equipment and/or home modifications to maximize the patient's functional abilities and safety. Identifies primary patient problems from assessment. Identifies discharge planning needs including referrals to appropriate community resources. Education

Primary Duties:
- Assists physician in such procedures as needle biopsies, amniocentesis, and renal biopsies. Scans patient, marks patient's body, determines angle for puncture, assists as necessary, and maintains sterile technique.
- Generates computer images or film through automatic processing and evaluates quality.
- Communicates and documents patient's clinical information clearly and accurately in verbal and computerized report format. Maintains records of examination data and other pertinent information on patients.

Qualifications:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist radiologist with imaging procedures starting IV's and injecting contrast if applicable.
- Assist radiologist with interventional CT procedures.
- Evaluate CT scans for technical quality collate processed images in sequence of exposure and appropriately label. Film transmits to PACS.
- Charge procedures and supplies correctly.
- Assists in the administration and administers various chemical substances to render specific organs or systems more opaque. Dispense oral contrast to patients for CT scans.
- Reviews patient charts and requests with the radiologist to ensure the proper examination and diagnostic results are obtained.
- Quality controls all images maintains inventory and adheres to safety regulations. Participates in training of department personnel including students.
- Load and operate power injections for contrast media administration.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Assist with providing orientation and training to new CT technologists.
- Manage scheduling and patient flow on multiple interventional CT scanners.
- Assist with research and development with CT equipment manufacturer to develop new CT software and new technologies when asked.
- Participate in research initiatives and development of research protocols.
- Monitor charging of CT procedures and supplies daily to ensure correctness.
- Participates in inter or intra departmental performance improvement.
- Accepts patients and assesses their condition to determine proper handling and special requirements. Explains and prepares the patient for the exam requested.
- Relies on extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology to obtain the maximum diagnostic image corresponding to body parts.
- Attends all required safety training programs and can describe his/her responsibilities related to general safety department safety and specific job-related hazards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimal Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Current Maryland State License required

Primary Duties:
* Conducts patient interviews to identify contraindicated implants, foreign bodies, and other medical conditions on concern. Identifies and performs appropriate examinations based on patient history.
* Verifies prescription and protocol. Uses appropriate imaging parameters. Injects contrast based on patient weight after verifying the patient's renal function status. Verifies image quality prior to ending the examination.
* Appropriately documents examination. Verifies the examinations is correct in both Cerner, PACS, PenRad and DynaCAD (when applicable). Assists in organizing and maintaining inventory of supplies. Ensures the work area is maintained at a high state of cleanliness.
* Promptly prepares films and CDs upon request. Assists with protocol development and implementation. Assists with the training of new personnel and Radiology School students regarding procedures, imaging protocols and department policy.
* Collects quality control data for managers, such as film usage, equipment problems, etc. Completes all required information system functions to assure proper patient information, billing, examination, and other necessary functions.
Qualifications:
* Associate's degree or one to three years, with formal training in an American Medical Association accredited school of Radiologic Technology/Magnetic Resonance Imaging.
* Job-related experience or Successful completion of a formal MRI educational training program. This will be waived for MedStar Washington Hospital Center Radiology School students that have rotated to MRI.
* ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technology) MRI or ARMRIT (American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists) within 1 Year.
* BLS (Basic Life Support).

AGE Solutions is looking for a Cyber Cloud Assessment Engineer to join our team in support of a cybersecurity risk management and assessment program with our DoD customer. In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for performing analysis, conducting independent validations of assessments, and Continuous Monitoring (ConMon) for authorized CSPs and CSOs.
Individuals in this role must be available to work full-time on-site at Ft. Meade, MD.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct cybersecurity assessments and validations of Cloud Service Offerings (CSOs) in support of the DoD Provisional Authorization (PA) process
- Prepare 30 Cloud Security Assessment Packages per year, including validated cybersecurity controls, certifier's recommendations, and residual risk statements
- Review Cloud Service Provider (CSP) documentation packages, including architectural diagrams, System Security Plans (SSP) with Addendums, Readiness Assessment Reports (RAR), Security Assessment Plans (SAP), and Security Assessment Reports (SAR)
- Evaluate supporting materials such as POA&Ms, Change Requests, Extension and Deviation Requests, Whitelist Requests, Corrective Action Plans, and applicable templates, checklists, and Continuous Monitoring (ConMon) artifacts
- Attend technical kickoff meetings to evaluate and document the CSP's security posture and readiness for assessment
- Analyze and provide feedback on assessment documentation, including the RAR, SAP, SSP, and system architecture diagrams
- Identify and document the operational impact of security authorizations, changes, or identified vulnerabilities within the CSP's environment
- Develop complete Cloud Security Assessment Packages in accordance with DoD standards, ensuring inclusion of SARs, POA&Ms, and Deviation Requests
- Create authorization recommendation memorandums summarizing compliance with DoD cybersecurity controls, technical evaluation results, and residual risk considerations
- Draft DoD PA memorandums outlining CSO boundary definitions, service offerings, authorization duration, terms and conditions, DoD usage considerations, and follow-on actions
- Validate implementation of CSO controls within eMASS or a government-provided GRC platform, and log assessment completion in the Mission Security Review (MSR)
- Review the Customer Responsibility Matrix (CRM) and ensure correct inheritance mapping within eMASS or the designated GRC tool
- Enter all authorization conditions into eMASS as system-level POA&Ms and monitor for timely resolution
- Upload and associate all CSP documentation with applicable security controls in eMASS or the appropriate system of record
- Track and manage all CSO-related data using the Team Lead Resource (TLR) Assessment Database
- Maintain and update the DoD Cloud Process Guide and associated templates, forms, checklists, and documentation
- Contribute to the development of internal instructions, how-to guides, and reference material to support consistent assessor workflows
- Ensure assessment activities are conducted in compliance with DoDI 8510.01 and the DoD Cloud Computing Security Requirements Guide (SRG)
- Document assessment methodologies and validation best practices to continuously improve assessment accuracy, consistency, and process efficiency
- Support the ongoing development and annual updates of the DoD Cloud Assessment Process Guides in alignment with evolving policy and government directives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (IT-related field preferred)
- Five (5) years of overall experience in cybersecurity or network security position
- Have an active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- DoD 8570 IAM/IA Technical (IAT) Level II certification
- Working knowledge of DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) and DoDI 8510.01
- Familiarity with the DoD Cloud Computing Security Requirements Guide (SRG) and associated cloud security policies
- Familiarity with security controls for Azure, AWS, and assorted cloud platforms
- Experience conducting security assessments and developing security documentation (e.g., SSP, SAR, POA&M, SAP)
- Proficiency with eMASS or equivalent Government Risk and Compliance (GRC) tools
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply NIST SP 800-53 security controls in cloud environments
- Strong analytical and technical writing skills with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly
- Applicants must reside within a commutable distance of Ft. Meade, MD in order to work onsite full-time.
