ABOUT OUR CLIENT We are currently working with a client, seeking qualified candidates for their Inside Sales/ Fulfillment position based out of McDonough, GA.
ABOUT THE JOB The role of the Inside Sales/ Fulfillment will be responsible for the following duties: · Engaging customers via inbound telephone calls and creating rate quotes, taking orders, and confirming the delivery of the orders.
The position receives 3-7 calls a day and they all require a lol of steps to complete the process.
· Maintaining accurate knowledge of all the products in stock and verifying inventory on a monthly basis.
· Providing information to customers regarding firearms, accessories, ammunition, tactical gear, and other similar products.
· Helping to pick, pack, and ship orders as needed.
· Providing professional customer service from the moment the order is placed all the way to the successful delivery of the order to the customer.
REQUIREMENTS Ideal candidates for the Inside Sales/ Fulfillment position will possess the following: · Past military or law enforcement experience is extremely desirable but is not mandatory.
· Sport shooter or competitive shooter is a major plus but is not mandatory.
· Candidate should be a “gun guy or girl” and love firearms and firearm culture.
· Good software skills for Excel and Word.
· MUST have a comfortable and confident demeanor on the telephone.
They will be dealing with very important top officers of companies.
· Honest, ethical, and trustworthy.
· Must have clean backgrounds and be drug free.
Software Skills Required: · Excel Skill level 2-3.
Mostly data entry into spreadsheets.
· Word Skill level 2-3.
Mostly General Correspondence.
· Outlook Skill level 2-3.
Mostly General Correspondence.
Prescreening Required: · Criminal Background Check.
· Drug Screen.
