As a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring safe and optimal outcomes for patients. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, communicate effectively with families, and direct support staff to provide exceptional care. Your critical thinking skills and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.

• Graduate of an accredited RN program; BSN preferred
• Current Registration and Licensure in the State of Iowa as an RN
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Heart Code BLS required
• Current ACLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
• High degree of empathetic listening skills, tact, and kindness toward others
• Basic computer knowledge
• Technical and critical thinking skills in relation to sound nursing judgment
• Need 1 year experience in setting
