Candidates must have at least five years of litigation paralegal experience, including proficiency in eDiscovery, legal research, proofreading, eFiling, trial support, and Bluebooking.
The position is full time and hybrid with 2-3 days per week in the firm's Silicon Valley office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate complex litigation matters across multiple jurisdictions
- Manage deadlines and workflow for complex matters
- Index, file, and maintain documents within iManage and SharePoint document libraries
- Draft, review, and finalize written discovery requests and responses (interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admission)
- Collect, organize, and review documents for production
- Upload and manage data in eDiscovery platforms
- Perform targeted searches within Relativity, apply redactions, and prepare privilege logs
- Assist attorneys with proofreading and finalizing pleadings, motions, and other court documents
- Ensure filings are in compliance with federal, state, and local rules
- Assist in cite-checking and applying correct Bluebook formatting to filings
- Remain up to date with federal and state rules and procedures
- Assist with deposition preparation
- Organize and maintain trial/arbitration binders
- Coordinate logistics for trials and arbitrations, including managing on-site document needs, witness coordination, and supporting attorneys in trial preparation
- Conduct legal research using Westlaw or similar platforms
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of five years of demonstrated litigation paralegal experience
- Experience handling data in eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity, Logikcull, or similar tools

- Experience with PACER, CM/ECF, and other state e-filing systems
