Clinical Services Administrator – Master’s req’d
Full-Time: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm (35 hrs/wk)
Salary: $74K - $75K/yr

As a Clinical Services Administrator, you will assist in the day-to-day operations of psychological services for ACLD's Residential programs under the direction of the Assistant Director of Psychology Services.
In this role, you will:
- Assist the Assistant Director in training and supporting new hires.
- Support the Behavior Intervention Specialists by conducting observations, providing onsite support, attending clinical meetings as requested, assisting with the development of behavioral supports, and monitoring behavioral data.
- Oversee the delivery of all psychological services and ensure that services and program environments are of the highest quality.
- Design and establish monitoring systems which promote organizational efficiencies as well as compliance with ACLD policies.
- Provide BIS services within assigned caseload.
- Coordinate and facilitate Psychology Review and special case review meetings, and generate meeting agendas and minutes.
- Participate in behavioral interventions, including the implementation of SCIP-R maneuvers when necessary.
- Participate in all OPWDD surveys of all assigned programs.
- Perform quality assurance for the department, including tracking due dates of paperwork and completing initial reviews of behavior plans.
We require:
- Master's degree in clinical/treatment field (Psychology, Social Work, etc.) with relevant training; OR BCBA with OPWDD-approved Master's; OR NYS license in Mental Health Counseling.
- Clean, Valid NYS Driver’s License.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience working directly with the I/DD population.
- Minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience preferred.
- SCIP (Strategies for Crisis Intervention and Prevention) and CPR Training.
- OPWDD-approved training or experience in functional assessment techniques and behavior support plan development will also be considered.

The ability to make decisions, problem solve, prioritize assignments, and direct the workforce in an ever-changing, warehouse environment.
Ability to manage budgets; read and interpret P&L statements; and prepare related management reports.
Intermediate PC skills with knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Excellent aptitude in estimating rates and adding and subtracting mentally while constantly multi-tasking.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain or Third-Party experience preferred.
BS/BA Degree or Associate Degree with Equivalent Experience is a plus but no required Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
Proven track record in supervision of warehouse employees including Hiring, Training, and Termination.
Proven experience in providing high levels of customer service to internal and external customers.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to stand for long period of times.
Ability to safely operate material handling equipment as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications.
- RFE/RFD/RFI/RFP Processes: Lead and coordinate the preparation and submission of RFEs, RFDs, RFIs, and RFPs. Ensure all documents are comprehensive, accurate, and delivered on time.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver a high level of customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Sales Target Achievement: Proactively drive revenue growth within assigned accounts by meeting defined upselling and cross-selling targets. Leverage client relationships and project insights to identify additional opportunities that align with client goals and company capabilities.
- Pre-Sale Coordination and Ownership: Take full ownership of the pre-sale phase, including discovery, scoping, and alignment with client expectations. Collaborate with internal teams to develop accurate timelines, budgets, and deliverables that set the foundation for successful project execution.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and logistics, to ensure timely execution of projects while meeting client specifications.
- Stakeholder Communication: Represent the company confidently in discussions with architects, designers, and owners' representatives. Effectively translate client vision and technical requirements to internal teams, ensuring alignment across all parties involved.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on account status, project progress, and client feedback.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in the millwork, exhibition, or luxury retail industry.
- Strong understanding of the RFE, RFD, RFI, and RFP processes.
- Ability to understand and interpret shop drawings, with a basic understanding of construction methods, to effectively communicate project requirements.
- Excellent understanding of proper communication in both verbal and written formats.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools with a strong focus on data integrity
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
