Senior Product Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of long-term product innovation strategies aligned with company growth goals.
• Identify market opportunities through consumer insights, competitive analysis, and market research to inform product roadmap decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather product requirements, prioritize features, and oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Drive the integration of creative thinking into the product development process to ensure innovative, functional, and marketable outcomes.
• Manage and coordinate internal and external design teams, working closely with suppliers to deliver new products that meet quality and compliance standards.

Senior Product Manager Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in product management, marketing, or related fields within consumer B2B or B2C markets.
• Strong background in new product development processes, with the ability to develop strategic roadmaps and manage multiple projects.
• Proven skills in market research, consumer insights, and data analysis to support product innovation.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas effectively to management and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience with ERP and CRM systems preferred.
