The IT Training Program Manager performs both a strategic leadership and tactical delivery role responsible for the design, development, and implementation of IT training initiatives that enhance the technology skillsets of the Associates at GSOC, GTC, and OPC as well as the skillsets of the Shared Services IT department itself.

The primary function of this position is the development of the overall IT training program, ensuring that Associates are proficient in the technology necessary for their job roles and have access to relevant technology training to streamline their experience with IT systems and applications.

This includes not only developing the curriculum but also delivering some training sessions.

With this role engaging frequently with the broad user population, this position also oversees the user experience program, gathering feedback to continually improve the technology platforms' effectiveness and direction.

In addition, the IT Training Program Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing the IT department's capabilities, responsible for establishing a high-level training strategy to ensure that Shared Services IT staff are prepared to effectively support current and future IT systems and applications.

Lead, facilitate or participate in Lessons Learned activities to ensure training reflects any changes or corrective actions identified, delivering any interim training as needed.

Stay informed about new educational trends and incorporate relevant strategies into the training program.

Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, IT, Engineering, Science, Education, or related field.

Experience: 11 years' experience with increasing responsibilities in the area of Technical Training, Training Programs, Teaching, Software Support, IT Infrastructure, Cloud infrastructure, Virtualization, Business Analyst, IT, or Technology.

Equivalent Experience: Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field with at least 15 years of experience with increasing responsibilities in the experience areas defined above.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Systematically track treatment response and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects or complications
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Participate in our patient growth strategy by providing a profile for online directories and other marketing efforts
  • Occasional community outreach to educate local PCP offices, neurology clinics, schools, and pain clinics about available services

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
  • Clear, active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC) in the state of practice
  • 2+ years of professional experience post master's degree providing behavioral health services
  • Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
  • Experience working with computers for professional communication and medical documentation - Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs)
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with equal effectiveness
  • Ability to participate in occasional community outreach to educate local PCP offices, neurology clinics, schools, and pain clinics about available services

Pay Range: $69,100 - $103,800 annual total cash target pay
Annual total cash compensation for this role assumes full time employment and generally follows the range above, includes earnings from hourly pay (25/hr) and incentive pay and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. How You Will Fulfill Your Potential
Responsibilities

- Perform quality CT exams with using the appropriate technical skills and according to the established procedure and protocols
- Participate in all aspects of care of the CT patient to include pre and post care by support the patient care area
- Provide exceptional patient care, safety, education, radiation protection, and excellent customer service experience during procedures
- Maintain appropriate documentation of patient records especially in the Radiology Information System
- Generate appropriate imaging from CT workstation and presents appropriate filming of CT scans to the radiologist
- Perform the duties of a staff technologist while providing direct and indirect clinical supervision and education of students in the clinical setting
- Collaborate and participate in department related projects and/or teams focused on improvement opportunities
- Assist with supportive duties such as transporting patients, office/clerical functions, equipment troubleshooting, maintaining supplies in rooms, and cleaning radiographic equipment
- Occasionally participate direct and indirect supervision of radiology students as well as indirect supervision of orderlies to coordinate patient flow

Qualifications
Education/Accredited Programs

- Successful completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program
- Minimum of one year of radiologic technologist experience with CT responsibilities preferred

Licenses/Certificates/Registrations

- Current BLS Certification
- Current New York State Radiologic Technologist License
- Registered Radiologic Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT)
- CT certified or ARRT registry eligible. Eligible candidates must obtain certification within one year of hire
