Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

We need a person for our ‘small equipment’ qualification team. This team handled qualification/startup verification of formulation equipment (scales, pumps, mixers, filter integrity testers), along with equipment used for validation activities (temp probes, data loggers) and anything that doesn’t fit into a larger program.

A background that includes some type of equipment qualification, would be the most important requirement. It could be lab equipment or manufacturing equipment. We need someone who can juggle multiple small projects effectively.

We need someone who’s strong in technical writing and deviation investigation. Additionally, change control experience would be a plus because we need to build that capability on our team. It’s not a requirement because we are open to teaching someone to manage change controls as long as they have the aptitude (technical writing, understanding of validation, and understanding of quality systems).
