The Quality Director is responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s quality management program, including inspection, testing, quality assurance, and continuous improvement over 3 manufacturing sites. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires both strategic oversight and direct involvement in inspection and problem-solving activities on the production floor. The Quality Director ensures that products consistently meet customer requirements, internal standards, and applicable regulatory and industry certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
· Champion and uphold the company’s values, vision, mission and quality policy in all activities.
· Adhere to and help enforce company policies, procedures, and internal control standards.
· Direct and manage all activities within the Quality Department, including Quality Engineers, Inspectors, and Technicians.
· Establish department goals, KPIs, and quality objectives that align with company strategy.
· Develop, coach, and evaluate team members to ensure competence, engagement, and accountability. Lead by example, maintaining a visible and active presence on the production floor.
· Oversee and participate in first article, in-process, and final inspections to verify compliance with specifications and drawings.
· Interpret engineering drawings and specifications, including GD&T.
· Use precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators, CMMs, gauges, etc.) to verify part conformance.
· Develop, maintain, and continuously improve inspection plans, work instructions, and sampling procedures.
· Maintain calibration and control of all inspection equipment.
· Manage and maintain the company’s QMS in compliance with ISO9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016 and AS9100D (and/or industry-specific standards).
· Lead internal and external audits, ensuring audit findings are documented, corrected, and closed on time.
· Oversee documentation control, ensuring policies, procedures, and records are current and accurate.
· Prepare and submit quality reports and performance metrics to senior leadership.
· Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for nonconformances and customer issues.
· Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
· Drive initiatives to reduce scrap, rework, and process variation.
· Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, or other quality tools to identify and implement process improvements.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality concerns, audits, and certifications.
· Investigate and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and urgency.
· Manage supplier quality performance and assist with incoming inspection or supplier corrective actions as needed.
· Collect, analyze, and report key quality performance indicators (defect rates, rework, scrap, returns, etc.).
· Use data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and support operational decision-making.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical discipline; equivalent experience considered.
· Minimum 7 years of progressive quality experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
· Strong hands-on inspection skills and understanding of dimensional measurement tools and techniques.
· Proven ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and apply GD&T principles.
· In-depth knowledge of ISO9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016 and AS9100D and quality management systems.
· Experience with corrective actions, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality software systems (SPC, CMM, or QMS software).
· Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with customers, suppliers, and all levels of internal personnel.
· Experience in plastics, precision machining, or manufacturing for regulated industries.
· Experience with PPAP, FMEA, control plans and other advanced quality planning tools.
Work Environment:
· Work environment includes manufacturing and warehouse settings with exposure to machinery, moderate noise and variable temperatures.
· Must be able to stand and move between production and office areas frequently.
· Hands-on leadership expected.
· May involve standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working near machinery.
Expected Hours of Work:
· This is a full-time position, typically Monday through Friday. While weekend work is rare, occasional weekend activity may be required based on business needs.

Sr. Manufacturing/Assembly Process Engineer
- Develop the plans and work instructions for the successful handling, manipulation, guidance, and general integration of sub-system components
- Assist in finalizing the strategy for each assembly step, as well active collaboration with the system teams to find the optimum assembly steps, tools, methods, strategies, safety measures, specifications, and other details
- Within the plan development, ensuring tool and personnel access is available as required for system assembly steps as outlined by the system owners
- Be responsible for the plans for part movement at each step and checking for no interferences with other systems during movement and part placement
- Be responsible for construction of the assembly work instruction packets for all sub-assemblies, and the incorporation of them into the assembly work orders to create the optimum assembly and testing sequence
- Provide assistance in development and improvement of the work instruction packet and work order creation process to increase standardization, efficiency, safety, clarity, and overall good communication of the instructions for the success of the assembly process
- Participate in collaborative work with the assembly engineers, tooling engineers, designers, coordinators, as well as direct personnel performing the System Assembly during on-site work
Requirements/Experience:
- At least 2 years technical experience in the integration of complex and large mechanical structures (e.g. aerospace, chemical) and experience in work instruction packet creation
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in a related field, metrology, high-vacuum projects and processes, experience with manufacturing management software, NX, large Component (>10 Ton) lifting experience

Position Responsibilities
- Research, source, price and purchase goods for manufacturing.
- Analyze, monitor, and manage inventory levels of stock product lines.
- Prepare, review, and issue purchase orders with a high level of accuracy.
- Receive incoming orders against packing slips to confirm accuracy of order received.
- Communicate with vendors regarding quote requests, sample requests, and stock and order status.
- Track incoming shipments and update systems and teammates with information that may impact manufacturing capabilities or order delivery.
- Initiate, track, and complete returns, ensuring accurate reimbursement.
- Update purchasing systems data if/when needed.
- Occasionally assist maintenance and manufacturing with research of parts and technical data.
- Work with Accounting Department in resolving billing discrepancies.
- Must be flexible to complete other projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience in an office/manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong math and organizational skills.
- Computer skills with a good working knowledge of spreadsheets and ability to multi-task.

In Texas, there is a judicial process for validating the Gestational Contract (the contract between the intended parents and the surrogate). Included within the various requirements for having a Gestational Contract validated by a Texas court is that the intended parents must be married and the surrogate must have previously carried a child to term. Additionally, there are residency requirements that apply to either the surrogate or the intended parents, but not both.

- Training and Education: Develop and deliver environmental training programs to employees to ensure they understand environmental policies and best practices. Foster a culture of environmental awareness and responsibility across the site.
- Waste Management: Oversee the safe and compliant management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste, ensuring proper disposal and documentation according to environmental regulations.

FUNCTION: Responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure that mortgage and home equity loan applications are processed accurately and efficiently. Ensures all files are complete and compliant with Workers Credit Union policies, investor requirements, mortgage insurance standards, and applicable government loan regulations.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
*For Both Mortgage Processor and Senior Mortgage Processor:
- Prepare and review initial disclosure packages, including Loan Estimates, ensuring accurate loan setup and compliance with loan program guidelines.
- Deliver disclosure packages to members via eSign or mail, based on their communication preferences.
- Order and track required third-party reports such as appraisals, title, flood certifications, tax transcripts, and employment verifications.
- Review borrower documentation for completeness and alignment with AUS findings; request and collect any outstanding items.
- Process home equity applications from approval to closing, including communication with members, delivering required documents, and clearing pre-closing conditions.
- Monitor and review title and property condition reports, escalating any issues to underwriting as needed.
- Ensure timely submission of loan files to underwriting; update the LOS with verified information and clear conditions as received.
- Manage government loan files, including coordination with lenders, tracking conditions, and providing updates to borrowers, MLOs, and agents.
- Track key milestones such as underwriting timelines, financing contingencies, closing dates, and rate lock expirations; communicate proactively with MLOs.
- Prepare and issue revised Loan Estimates in compliance with TRID for any changes in circumstance.
- Communicate approvals to all relevant parties and conduct pre-funding audits, including verbal employment verifications.
- Support the closing process and ensure confidentiality of all borrowers and loan information.

The Opportunity:
As an industrial controls technician for our corrugated packaging plant, you will work to keep our equipment up and running to OEM standards. You will use your expertise and experience to work with maintenance leadership, our operators, vendors & corporate reliability team to ensure maximum uptime and help us safely meet our production goals. Devens is a non-union facility.
How you will help us:
- Follow all safety rules and practices
- Provide electrical and automation controls troubleshooting, support and predictive, preventive and emergency maintenance for our fast-paced corrugated packaging facility
- Review key plant metrics/KPIs and equipment data to identify potential areas for continuous improvement and lead a team to implement solutions
- As priorities demand, performing emergency breakdown maintenance as necessary to support plant operations
- including preventive maintenance activities such as lubricating, measuring wear, measuring positions, repositioning components; and observing operations, vibrations, and noise levels.
What you will need to succeed:
- A strong understanding of PLC, VFD and HMI/OIT software, previous and current versions. A successful candidate will have demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical controls systems, mechanical drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, PC's, Robotics, and Controls networks.

Duties and Responsibilities
As a BPA, you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation's economic prosperity. Being a BPA makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) profession.
Typical assignments include:
- Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and custom laws and inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations
- Preventing and apprehending undocumented noncitizens and smugglers of noncitizens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions to include using infrared scopes during night operations
- Interpreting and following tracks, marks, and other physical evidence of illegal entry of persons or contraband
- Performing farm checks, building checks, traffic checks, city patrols, and transportation checks
- Patrolling the international boundary and coastal waterways using a variety of government assets such as vehicles, horses, vessels, watercraft, off-road vehicles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and motorcycles for the accomplishment of the USBP Mission.
Qualifications
You qualify for the GL-5 grade level if you possess one of the following:
Experience: One (1) year of general work experience that demonstrates the ability to take charge, make sound decisions, and maintain composure in stressful situations; to learn regulations, methods, and techniques through classroom training and/or on-the-job instruction; and the ability to gather concise information through questioning, observation, and examination of documents and records; OR
Education Substitution: A bachelor's degree or successful completion of a full four-year course of study in any field leading to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; OR
Combination of Experience and Education: A combination of general work experience AND successfully completed college education. This will be calculated using your resume and official or unofficial transcripts submitted with your application.
You qualify for the GL-7 grade level if you possess one of the following:
Experience: One year of specialized work experience that shows you have the skills necessary to:
- Make sound judgments and decisions in the use of firearms.
- Deal effectively with people in a courteous and tactful manner in connection with law enforcement matters.
- Analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions where you will be expected to make arrests after the completion of required training and apply these skills in a law enforcement capacity such as criminal code enforcement, determining violations of laws, correctional or rehabilitation work involving criminal offenders, security, military, etc.
The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Make arrests and exercise sound judgment in the use of firearms; deal effectively with people in a courteous manner in connection with law enforcement matters; analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions; or develop and maintain contact with a network of informants.
Education Substitution for the GL-7 grade level: A bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement, which is based on (1) class standing, (2) grade-point average (i.e., GPA of 3.0 or higher out of a possible 4.0), or (3) honor society membership. Or will receive a bachelor's degree with Superior Academic Achievement. Or one full year of graduate-level education in a field of study related to law enforcement (e.g., criminal justice, homeland security, justice studies, law enforcement, courts and judicial systems, forensic technology, forensic psychology, or corrections and rehabilitation) from an accredited college or university; OR
A Combination of Experience and Education: This will be calculated using your resume and official or unofficial transcripts submitted with your application.
Note: If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GL-9 and or GS-11 grade level. Please refer to the BPA GL-9 - 11 announcement.
Other Requirements
Citizenship: You must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this position.
Residency: You must have had primary U.S. residency (includes protectorates as declared under international law) for at least three of the last five years.
Age Restriction: In accordance with Public Law 100-238, this position is covered under law enforcement retirement provisions. Candidates must be referred for selection to the Border Patrol Agent position before reaching their 40th birthday in accordance with Department of Homeland Security Directive 251-03. The age restriction may not apply if you are currently serving or have previously served in a federal civilian law enforcement (non-military) position covered by Title 5 U.S.C. 8336(c) or Title 5 U.S.C. 8412(d).
Veterans' Preference: You may also be eligible for an excepted service Veterans Recruitment Appointment (VRA). The age restriction does not apply if you are Veterans' Preference eligible.
Formal Training: After you are hired, you will be detailed to the U.S. Border Patrol Academy in Artesia, New Mexico, for approximately six (6) months of intensive instruction in immigration and nationality laws, law enforcement and USBP-specific operations, driver training, physical techniques, firearms, and other courses. Border Patrol work requires the ability to speak and read Spanish, as well as English. Border Patrol Agents will be provided training to become proficient with the Spanish language at the Academy.
