What You'll Do: We are looking for a dynamic leader for our new Interactions Team.

You will coach staff, oversee communication quality, assist in managing centralized inbox workflows, partner with internal teams regarding questions and escalations, track Service Level Agreement (SLA) timing and Quality Assurance (QA), and drive continuous improvement.

As the Life Operations Supervisor, you will represent Farm Bureau in a positive manner to our agents and client/members, while encouraging your team to do the same.

What It Takes to Join Our Team: College Degree or equivalent plus 3 years relevant experience required.

Two to three years of supervisory experience preferred.

Strong communications skills Workflow management experience with proven success with continuous improvement and/or Lean Six Sigma projects.

Analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills are required in addition to the ability to learn company products, processes and systems.

Ability to plan, direct and control business activities to meet established objectives.

ACS designations preferred.
